Bhavan's College Mumbai: Affordable with Quality Education

My subject is majors in Psychology. For studying Psychology, it is best college one could chose. The main reason of choosing this college was that the college is fully autonomous, which makes it more appealing for our future studies in different universities. The campus of the college is expanded with nature, which makes students feel more welcoming in the natural environment. The difference it holds is that one can have affordable as well as good quality of education.

The course I've chosen is Psychology, which is growing recognition for every student now. I myself didn't know much about the subject but the professor employed every student with a personal mentor of them to get an idea about the basic psychology for further understanding. There are 2 semesters in a year.

Bhavan's College is autonomous and there is a system of unaided and aided. The fees for aided section is less cause it is government financed the fee of unaided is high cause the give some preference to them in terms of they get what subjects they want. The fee of aided is Rs. 8,000 to 10,000 for students with specific categories the fee may vary. The fee of unaided is Rs. 40,000. For Psychology students, the fee for third year is Rs. 40,000.

The faculty of Psychology is excellent in their field. They are well educated with doctorate and SAT and NAT qualifications. The teaching method of the teachers involve watching movies related to varies disorder taught in classroom. The best thing is that we can contact them and their availability is excellent. There are 50 students in major psychology and we have 4 teachers who teach us. The HOD of the department is sweet and helpful at times.

The campus is huge. There are total of 4 buildings for every department. The campus is field with nature. It has a nature adventure park, nursery, and lake. There's one more building is under construction, which will make the college to accommodate more students. There are 2 libraries with allot of books. Some classrooms are huge bit some are small and they lack ventilation. The washrooms lack sanitization and there's no proper water supply. My favorite part would be the canteen and nursery.

My overall experience of the campus is awesome. Every part of campus is photogenic. The college is filled with extroverts who love to talk and engage. The college is full of events of every department so if you're interested in any activities you might love this college. There’s the biggest fest known as ‘O2’, which is the life of Bhavan's College. Psychology department has its own fest called as ‘Hypsychie’. The people who want to pursue Psychology as majors would love this interactive fest of their own department.
