Fee Structure and Scholarships at CSMU Navi Mumbai

Experience at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University, which is located in Panvel, is fabulous. I am very impressed by the quality of education in this university. The main factors that made me choose his particular university and why should others go for the same is mainly its educational quality and second its campus third student lifestyle.

I chose course that is B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I chose this course because of my interest in coding and Artificial Intelligence and its working. I was impressed by the innovation in the field of AI. Entry requirement or eligibility criteria of the university are quite simple and straightforward. You just have to be passing at a good marks and nothing else. Admission process is just that you have to visit admission cell, which is in the ground floor of the university with your parents, and management while ask you secure in the seat with the minimum deposit of Rs. 10,000. Frequency of exams in this particular course is 2 semesters per year and each semester has two-unit test. Therefore, there are four exams per year. The academics prepare me for real life challenges very well and made me real as my responsibility towards others and myself.

The fee for the course that I have chosen is about Rs. 1,65,000 per year. The fee included tuition fee, admission fee, registration fee, and any other charges. You will get special discount that is legal is scholarships available. Mainly girls have particular 100% scholarship in this university. You can avail reservation category concessions. Reservation concession is category about 15% for EWS and 20% for SC,ST, & OBC.

Faculty members are very respectful and humble towards students & parents. We had a very delightful experience with them. Faculty members are well trained and PhD holders so there are no worries to worry about. Methods of teaching are black board, PPTs group discussions, verbal test, and daily test. They are excellent in problem solving abilities towards students and teacher’s student ratio at the university is average. As per My experience faculty, members are very approachable and understanding.

There is not much information about our placement cell. Placement cell is present but the ratio is not up to the mark. Low but placement cell does its work efficiently. It is managing to bring biggest companies and university for internship programs. It has early placement cell drive. Company like Infotech, Infosys, Nvidia, and Microsoft has approached for intensive programs. Average package that has been received by any students in a placement sale is 4 Lakh Per Annum and highest package any student has received from placement cell is about 8 Lakh Per Annum.

Yes, CSMU Navi Mumbai offers residential facilities. Girl’s and boy’s hostels are separate. Mess food is the best thing that our university got. Food is hygienic and very delicious. Hostel fee is 1 Lakh (annually). There are not very strict rules but I do not know most of the rules as I am not staying at hostel but my friend does.

The campus is made out of Mini buildings and these buildings are divided into Mini faculties and branches. Campus is spread across acres of area. Classrooms are very big, sitting capacity is very sufficient. There is AVI 8 available. There is AC in the room and speakers for teachers. Academy facilities like library, seminar hall, auditorium, and conference hall are available. Canteen, sports, medical, security, and other facilities are also available. My favorite thing about this university is beauty, scenery, and travel.

My overall campus life has been great and I am satisfied with the quality of education. The lifestyle this university is providing. The university crowd is very humble and I do not have any experience of such kind of like ragging or messy behavior from any of the students that has ever met. Students mind their own business. Many clubs like coding club that is dragonfly and many other sports club like cricket academy are present here. Engagement activities like Drone Workshop are frequently held. One major fest or event is ‘Aarambh’.
