Overall Rating
The placement and training cell of Dr M.G.R university was set up with a single goal of helping the student and getting them placed in industries according to their skills and ability of the respective students. The university has track record in placements not only in leading software companies like TCS, IBM, Infosys, Accenture, HCL, Caritor, Polarise, Satyam etc, but also in major industries as can be seen from the records of student placed.
 

Academics Rating
I choose Dr M.G.R Educational and Research Institute over other colleges because of the college’s infrastructure, placement, opportunity’s and good reputation. Among the other college this college provides a quality education with less fees compared to other college which is a bonus point for choosing this college. Teachers in Dr. M.G.R are well educated and very friendly with us which help us to clear any doubts without any hesitation.
I have chosen Bachelor of computer application whose fees is over Rs.2,00,000/-. There is a scholarship facility.
 

Faculty Rating
Dr M.G.R Educational and Research Institute has a good infrastructure and provides a vast opportunity for the students who were interested in sports and extracurricular activities. It has a great technical and technological support such as laboratory, library etc. The campus has all necessary facilities like drinking water, canteen etc. To be honest the institute doesn’t have any hostel and no one is allowed to roam in college campus after the college timing.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The institute has a good infrastructure such as laboratory, library etc. Sports and extracurricular activities are much better than in other college. The canteen needs to improve with more variety in food. Labs and class room facility’s are good for 65 students. They are giving good importance to sports like football, throwball, volleyball, and basket ball etc. there are many seats to sit in the interval time that is so peaceful.
 

Campus Rating
Surrounded by greenery the campus is beautiful, they have built a new academic block and the big ground is there. There are so many celebrations in our college. The college offers modern facilities, including well equipped labs, which are crucial for technical education. The campus is spacious and provides various amenities for students in the college and encourages extra-curricular activities including technical clubs, cultural events, sports, which helps in overall student development.

    A student opinion is most important part of knowledge for institute. An institutional behavior matters for the fulfillment of every student’s hard work. This institute is good known for its placement and campus hiring process. It is very strict and maintains proper education and minimum attendance 75%.     Overall Rating
    Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute is located in Maduravoyal, it is deemed to be University, it is reputed institute in Chennai, and the admission can only do through management quota. Fees structure is somewhat higher than other universities in Tamil Nadu. The attendance is must and necessary to complete the course you taken, lot of courses are available in engineering technology management, arts and science too.
