All Saints' College Fee Structure and Scholarships

I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree at All Saints’ college, Trivandrum. Now, I’m in third year which is also the last year of our course. Our college is affiliated with Kerala University and has various departments including Science, Languages, History, Politics, Commerce, physical education, and Economics. All Saints’ college is equipped with facilities like Library, Computer centre, Auditorium, Seminar halls, Hostels, Laboratories, etc. When I first got allotment to All saints’ College, I was excited. I knew I was curious to explore my college days. Being in a women’s college, I could build my self esteem, confidence and skills. I’m glad that I was able to meet lots of talented students.

I chose bachelor of communicative English course. As part of the growing world, English has became a necessity. I also like to write stories in English. The entry requirements for this course is just securing above 50 percent marks in your 12th grade. You can opt for this course in your allotment. The Kerala University chooses our college through allotment. If you are lucky enough to be in your chosen college, that’s an additional benefit for you. Otherwise, you can opt for management seats. We have total 6 semesters which will be completed in 3 years. The academics prepare you to excel in your communication method as well as to deal with other people in your job sectors.

Our fee is around Rs. 2,000 per semester. I got the allotment through merit so my fees will be minimum. If you are from management quota, then you should pay the fee accordingly. There's a scholarship called E- grantz for the special category students of specified castes.

A special thanks to all the faculty members and the administration. All the department teachers were really caring, and kind. The support that I have received from my teachers, coordinators and the administrative section is remarkable. Our principal is supportive and has helped us by conducting good programs, seminars, orientation classes and other opportunities for the students. We also have a college counselor. They help us with all the issues that we face and they have really opened doors of opportunities for us. When I leave my college this academic year, I will carry with me a lot of beautiful memories which will help me move forward in life.

The placement cell in our college is very active. Each year, many students are placed for job positions. Every year, many companies visit our college to attend campus interviews. Companies like technopark, Allianz, guidehouse, IBM, etc. are attend campus interviews. The selected students have to undergo training through which final selection is done.

The hostel facilities are available for PG and UG students. Hostel have prayer hall. Each room can occupy 2 students. The rooms contain study table, bed, cupboard and other facilities. Hostels also have a good toilet facility.

All Saints’ college is equipped with facilities like Library, Computer centre, Auditorium, Seminar halls, Hostels, Laboratories, etc. We eat food together and then go and sit at a stone bench. This spot is favorite for many students. We talk about something or just listen to music and enjoy nature. Spending time sitting on stone benches, loitering around the big trees, walking through the pathways, having good time inside the auditorium and seminar halls is also best time for many. Spending time with my friends during tea time, chit chats and lunch breaks at canteen were those beautiful moments that I can never forget. Our college canteen provides many kinds of food items like drinks, coffee, biryani, Meals, etc.

The lessons that I have learnt from my college are really good. The college has also helped me nurture my empathy and faith. When I was in first year, I joined the college choir. We used to sing during feasts. Lunch Break was the time when me and my friends used to have lots of fun. We eat food together and then go to sit at a stone bench. This spot is a favorite for many students. We talk about something or just listen to music and enjoy nature.
