Affordable Education and Scholarships at All Saints' College

I joined All Saints' College with little to no hope, as I have never heard of the place before despite the institution being a well-known and prestigious one. However, my lack of knowledge and information surprised me as the institution turned out to be extremely professional and reputed. It is essential to talk about the campus of the college as it is one of most beautiful and well groomed I have seen so far.

I have chosen Bachelor in English & Communicative English due to my interest in the language. I personally got admission via spot admission process conducted by University of Kerala. The allotment process requires students to present their 12th certificate and majority of process is based on the same. The university examinations are conducted according to the timetable provided by University of Kerala, prior to which the respective Internal examinations are conducted according to the management. My favorite aspect about the college is the professors. Especially the English Department consists of a number of excellent teachers who prepare you not only for the examinations, but also for the life out there.

College fee comes above Rs. 2,000. Exam fee comes around Rs. 550 for each semester. Special discount in fee is granted for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe. E-grands scholarship is granted for SC/ST students.

The professors are amazing in All Saints' College. My favorite aspect about the institution is teachers who are professional and well experienced. The faculties members are open minded, non-judgmental, and progressive. The methods of teaching include the usage of blackboards, PPTs, Group discussions, Seminar, Self Research, etc. Issues are handled professionally by the faculty. The teacher student ratio is also adequate and the faculty members are professional, easily approachable, friendly, encouraging, open minded and considerate.

Placement cells from various institutions arrive our campus to conduct interviews for final year students. If one is attending, the interview neatly and professionally can get the job. IT companies and other private companies visit the college for recruitment. Starting salaries often range from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000.

Yes, it offers residential facility inside the campus of All Saints' College. However, it was heard that the mess food is not up to the mark. Hostel rules are extremely strict too, as I've heard.

Our campus consists of 4 blocks that include various departments like English, History, Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, B.Com, Physical Education, Library, etc. There is a separate auditorium for functions, along with an Ascaite square. Classrooms have individual chairs in some blocks and benches and tables in some. An audio-visual room, science labs, a library, an auditorium, and much more are present inside the campus. A canteen, a sports room, a gymnasium are also present. 3 transport buses are available. Security guards safeguard the gate all the time.

My overall campus life is average. The college crowd is can be improved. Yes, there are many clubs to choose to be a part of. Almost all kind of co-curricular and extracurricular activities are held here. College fests are not that common, however various events and functions are conducted according to the various occasions. The campus life could be good.
