What Makes BIT Sindri a Perfect Choice for B.Tech?

Overall Rating
BIT Sindri is renowned government institute for engineering. It is very cost efficient and reliable. Faculty members are very experienced and the labs are very good. It has around 450 acres of campus with nice scenery view along. Libraries are well stocked and you get ample amount of time and resources to prepare for various examinations. The placement here is very decent. Decent extracurricular activities like club, society activities, and fests are held. It is a great college to be admitted to.
 

Academics Rating
BIT Sindri offers various number of course like Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Bachelor of Science, and many more. The course I have chosen is Electronics and Communication Engineering. The admission is basically done on the basis of JEE Main’s rank and its own Jharkhand state rank. It is very quick process where you have to only show your original documents and verify them. There are total 8 semesters. The academic will prepare you for your every face of your life.
Fee structure is very nominal here. Total hostel accommodation and electricity fee is Rs. 10,000 only and during admission process, you only have to submit Rs. 15,000.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of the course that I have chosen that is Electronics and Communication Engineering are very experienced and helpful. You can go to them with whatever doubt you have with either it is in your life or academic. The teachers use whiteboards, blackboards, and even take extra classes for your doubts. There are around 15 teachers. The bonding between us is very great and they are very approachable.
 

Placement Rating
There is a placement cell in BIT Sindri, which is headed by Dr. Ghanshyam sir, and there are cell coordinators from every branch. They are very helpful and they always on their toes to help students achieve placements here. Various big companies like TCS, Vedanta, cognizant, Samsung, and Amazon visit here an offer decent placement to students. The average package here is 6.5 to 7 LPA, where the maximum is can reach up to 16 or 17 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the college does offer residential facility. The students can stay here in hostels where the fee is very nominal as Rs. 10,000 for electricity and accommodation for year. recently new hostels are being built and I am staying in the new hostel where there are three wings and each have 5 floors with 10 rooms in each floor accommodating two students in each. The staffs work properly and the hostel is kept neat & clean. It also has a big playground in front of it.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure here is great. The buildings are very big. For every branch, there is different building. The campus has almost 450 acres with great environmental view. The classrooms are also great and can occupy all the students for every branch in their respective classrooms. Libraries have a great books and can prepare you for various other examinations. The labs are great an offer a great learning opportunity. Various improvements are going on in infrastructure as a new complex, a new lecture hall, and a new research centre is being built.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life here is great. College crowd is great very good. Number of students appear every year in this college. There are various clubs and societies for every branch. There are various sports activities. Recently, ‘Spardha’ the annual sports event was organized. Another event called Platinum Bleach that is 75th anniversary of BIT Sindri took place recently where all the alumni were invited. So I would say one can enjoy and great ample amount of time here doing their studies along with activities.

    This campus is beautiful and is designed with perfect architecture. This Institution is well maintained.     BIT Sindri Dhanbad is located in Sindri (urban area) but here experience of this Institute in my eye is good in terms of everything like campus, environment, faculty, seniors and juniors interaction, and hostel Life, etc. For being a student this has been a great journey and experience.
