GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management: My Honest Perspective

Overall Rating
Hi, I am Rahul Upadhyay pursuing B.Tech from CSE branch. I chose this institute because it was famous for its discipline and placement, and it is actually worth of the hype. GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management have recently posted a placement of a student who got a package of 96LPA. I think this is the major reason for joining this institute. The major difference between this institute and other private institutes is the discipline and placement.
 

Academics Rating
I have enrolled in B.Tech of CSE branch. I chose this branch because I have a keen interest in software technologies. To get an admission in this institute, You can join from counselling called UPTAC. UPTAC took admissions based on JEE Mains rank. I got this institute with rank of Rs. 2,00,000. You can also get admission through 12th marks. If you have got above 90% then you are totally eligible for CSE and all other branches. Eligibility criteria are you have to score above 60% in 12th boards.
The 1st year fees at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management for B.Tech are Rs. 1,61,300. You will always have to pay yearly fees; they do not accept semester wise fees. There is also a registration fee of Rs. 7,500 taken by AKTU for exam registration. If you are from UP, you can apply for UP scholarship and can get up to Rs. 60,000 from state government. This is for all branches whether it is CSE or CSE allied branches like CSE (AIML), CSE (AI).
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management is pretty good. In first year maximum teachers are Ph.D holders and from second year the faculty is either Ph.D holders or M.Tech passed from any NIT or IIT. The teachers use white board for teaching and also use project to install Ppts, it totally depends on the subject. The problem solving abilities are quiet good but not of all branches. Teachers are little less than students.
 

Placement Rating
The placement is much better here. The highest package is 96 LPA from Oracle Company and the average package is 6 LPA.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is quiet average. The B.Tech campus acquires only two buildings. There is another building which is for canteen purpose and lunch purpose. There is a gaming section for everyone so that student can relax a bit. There is also a MAC lab where only project oriented students can join. Institute has 1 oval shaped ground which can be used for cricket, football, running, and khokho. It also has one foot shell where you can play football. GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management also have badminton and volleyball court.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is good. You can hangout with your friends anytime and anywhere. The institute takes admission of 3000 students as a fresher for B.Tech. There are many clubs which are formed purposely for coding, dancing, singing and many more. There are many extracurricular activities like sports and events and many more. Many celebrities come to attend the events and make the institute different from others. My experience is quiet good and I think it will be good for everyone.

    Overall College is good and has a supportive environment. All the teachers are very helpful and every doubt that the students have is cleared out. They also have good sporting status and amazing events are conducted to upgrade our skills.     My experience in the G.L Bajaj Institute is very good as the facilities provided by them to all the students are very good. The teachers are very helpful and in fact there is a friendly behavior between the teachers and students.     Till now I have not faced any problems. I feel GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida is very well discipline compared to other Institutes. People here actually want to learn and grow & there is a healthy competition in here. The training and placement department is highly supportive and well versed with the market.     My search for a better institute ended at GLBITM Greater Noida. Overall, I will start with academics, as I had a word with nearly 10 to12 university’s students but this institute’s students echoed one voice, when it came to academics.
