RGIT Mumbai: The institute You Hope For

Overall Rating
I am in my second year now and till now I have experienced lot of transformation in my studies as well as my behavior. I have made a lot of friends & companions and have made good memories with my teachers. Teachers are surely well qualified and helpful here. The campus is not as big and enchanting as other institutes but the educational aspects are quite good.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen the Computer Engineering as it is the top booming sector in the current market and even the external world has now gotten enveloped my technology advancements. Eligibility for this course is above 85 CGPA and the overall admission process is quite easy going. The frequency of exams is 2 mid-sem and 1final exam per semester. The curriculum is well suited as per engineering aspects and the outside world, a perfect stage put up by institute for students.
The fee of our course is Rs. 1,25,000 per year. It is including tuition fee. Yes, there are special discounts for special category students and girls.
 

Faculty Rating
The staff of RGIT Mumbai that is the teaching and non-teaching are both good. They are helpful not only in the institute but for the personal life too. There is even a counseling centre and the professor is so calm and soothing. There is software as well as hardware learning process in our institute and it is used in the best way possible by the teachers. The problem solving ability of teachers is on par and teachers are very helpful. The student teachers ratio is 1:30 or 1:20. My personal experience with faculty members is very great.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell of our institute has a special name for it as every year; I guess 40% students opt to be on par for the requirement level for various companies. Students even get 20 LPA CTC and most of the students opt to go for higher studies in abroad.
 

Hostel Rating
There is no hostel in RGIT Mumbai.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of our institute is good but not of that level, which leaves lot of room for improvement. The classrooms are spacious and well ventilated. All the labs are always clean and upto mark. I haven’t seen the medical clinic of our institute but yea it is there. In terms of sports, our institute is well active and still sports enthusiasts’ bag prize and even girls are well motivated here.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life in here is more than average for sure. The student crowd is true amalgamation of students of various regions but it is very peaceful. The students are studious and some have even won many national level hackathons. Extracurricular activities are there. It also has its own non-technical committees like for speaking skills, social welfare, and NSS. It is quiet good to learn from so many aspects in here.

    Decent college with amazing students and staff. If you are focused on studies it is one of best for you. College surrounded with nature and beach and also all necessary educational facilities are available. Also many competitions keep on coming to test your skills.     On the back of some explosive placements that Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Technology Mumbai has had in the last few years and my brother already being passed out from here, it was an obvious choice for me to come here because I was done with small cities and their fake universities. Mumbai, the land of opportunities, has built a college named RGIT which may not be as good as IIT Bombay but is no less either.
