My 1.5 Years in a Blink at BBAU Lucknow

Overall Rating
My experience is average in BBAU Lucknow. I chose this university as it is the central university. This university is good for Law students. As my course is new, many things and facilities can be upgraded in the future to make experience of other students excellent.
 

Academics Rating
One can easily get admission in this university by clearing the CUET PG in your respective field followed by filling the counseling form. The exams are there in every semester with 2 internals during that semester and presentation or assignments. The syllabus needs to be improved and I feel soon they are going to improvise it.
For Bioinformatics, the fee is approximately Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 55,000 per year, which includes tuition fee and all the other charges, which might seem high for being a central university. The fee is taken semester wise.
 

Faculty Rating
My faculty number needs to be increased. The relation of student teacher is good. As it is a new department, many things need to be changed. Everyone is cooperative. The method of teaching is practical as well as using presentations. The coordinator of my subject is very talented and helpful in nature too. Seniors too help juniors whenever in need. The background of faculty is in Bioinformatics only.
 

Placement Rating
In my field, there are no placements via campus but the teachers or professors help by giving recommendations.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the university provides hostel facilities. Hostels of girls and boys are distinct. The in-timings for the girls can be changed as the gates are closed at 8 PM. The semester wise fee of hostel is very reasonable and the food is good. Every hostel is fun if you have friends. In addition, the hostels rooms are semi-furnished that are available in twin sharing.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The facilities are nice. There are projectors in every classroom. The chairs and tables are in good condition. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The library is top notch is fully air-conditioned. There is shop in the campus that has all the things required by the hostel. The canteen has limited food options.
 

Campus Rating
The environment of the campus is very beautiful. It looks beautiful in the evening. There are many fests going on in the auditorium, which I have to know during my last semester. There are clubs as well. The university crowd is also fine as people throughout India study here. However, as BBAU Lucknow is in the outskirts of Lucknow, we need to travel 15 KM to know what exact Lucknow is.

    This university is located in the city of Nawabs, Lucknow. It is one of the top ranked central universities in Uttar Pradesh. One major factor of choosing this university was its research environment and library. It is at a prime location, hence you will get everything that is needed by the student without travelling far.
