Assam Down Town University is a best institute. You can hang out with yours friends and enjoy the beautiful view of Brahmaputra river from K block. The classrooms are one of the best. They contain smart TV and all other facilities. I have chosen BCA as I like coding.

I have chosen BCA as I am into tech family and I love to do coding and all. As it is said that tech will take over the future so I can have many job opportunities as IT industry is growing very rapidly as compared to other industries. So I think you should go for BCA. For taking admission you need to score 60% or above in 12th. Admission process is easy. Go to help desk in the university and they will help you with your queries. There are 2 sessional exams, one is conducted in March and another in May. Then the semester exam is conducted in June. Overall you can choose BCA as it is a very informative subject.

The fees structure at Assam Down Town University is also affordable. Semester fee - Rs. 40,000; Admission fees – Rs. 50,000; and Security deposit – Rs. 10,000. It is taken along with the admission fee and one administrative fee of Rs. 50,000 is required to be given in the month of February. Also for each back paper you need to pay Rs. 500 and overall I think it's affordable. We get discount if we pay semester fees fast and before the given date and for this they will provide 5% discount. Yes, scholarship is available and I have already applied in NSP portal and it has been verified by university also. The amount I will get is Rs. 1,00,000.

I think Assam Down Town University has the best teachers. The teachers always starts form basic as all students are not same, then they go for the core. Their methods of teaching are good. They make PPT and screen cast their laptop in the smart board and makes it very easy for us to understand the topics. If you have problems about anything then just discuss with them and they will surely solve the problem with you 100 times. The teachers to student’s ratio are good here. I have very strong bond with my faculty.

As I am in 2nd semester I don't know that much about placement and all. But as 2nd largest university of North East it provides placement when your course is over. They provide internship also and many companies visit in our university for offering placement opportunities. You have to score good marks for being able to sit in placement exam.

I don't stay in hostel but one of my friend stays in hostel and he has told me that the facilities and mess food in the hostel are very nice.

The campus is huge. Actually it has A, B, C, D, K, and L block. There are cafes and restaurants and big sitting area. You will not get bored at Assam Down Town University. The classroom is very big and it contains smart board, projector and 80+ students can sit in one classroom at once. Assam Down Town University has library, labs, seminar hall, auditorium, conference hall and many more facilities. It has playgrounds for cricket, basketball and other games. The canteen is good and most importantly the price of the food is very cheap. A gym is also available in the Assam Down Town University. Also, there is a pharmacy and it is run by the B.Pharm students. Transport facility is also good here. The university has many buses. The security is also good and many security guards are there in the university campus. My favorite place is canteen as I can hang-out with my friend there.

Campus is awesome and has a lush green environment. University is famous over North East. There are many clubs in the university that you can join. Yes, I am also a member of several clubs. I have joined robotic club and gaming club. They sometimes take you to watch cinema. This year the fest will be organised in March. I am very excited for this fest as it is continued for 3 days. Famous singers and local Assam singer are invited to perform during the fest. My campus experience is very good and I will suggest you to take admission in Assam Down Town University.
