Affordable Fee Structure at ADTU Guwahati

I have chosen BCA as I am into tech family and I love to do coding and all. As it is said that tech will take over the future so I can have many job opportunities as IT industry is growing very rapidly as compared to other industries. So I think you should go for BCA. For taking admission you need to score 60% or above in 12th. Admission process is easy. Go to help desk in the university and they will help you with your queries. There are 2 sessional exams, one is conducted in March and another in May. Then the semester exam is conducted in June. Overall you can choose BCA as it is a very informative subject.

The fees structure at Assam Down Town University is also affordable. Semester fee - Rs. 40,000; Admission fees – Rs. 50,000; and Security deposit – Rs. 10,000. It is taken along with the admission fee and one administrative fee of Rs. 50,000 is required to be given in the month of February. Also for each back paper you need to pay Rs. 500 and overall I think it's affordable. We get discount if we pay semester fees fast and before the given date and for this they will provide 5% discount. Yes, scholarship is available and I have already applied in NSP portal and it has been verified by university also. The amount I will get is Rs. 1,00,000.Read Full Review

ADTU Guwahati's Computer Engineering Course: Fees, Academics and Others

The course I have chosen is B.Tech CSE with specialization in Cloud Computing and Information Security. I chose this course because rather than taking an extra specialization and wasting 1 or more year in this field, I would prefer to study about it from the beginning only. The faculties are good, they help us to make our foundation strong in our field. The entry requirements are not that strict, all we have to do is visit the university and the administrative office will contact us shortly and will explain everything. In one semester, there will be two sessional exams of every subject and lastly the semester will end with practical (lab) exams, viva and semester finals. The first sessional will start after 1.5 months of class and next sessional will be taken again after another 1.5 months after one month the lab exam and viva and after 1-2 weeks later semester exam.

The fees for B.Tech CSE with specialization in Cloud computing and Information security is Rs. 75,000 per semester. We have to pay Rs. 40,000 for administration including other activities fee like sports, club, library etc. Rs. 30,000 for admission and Rs. 10,000 for security deposit (which will be refunded after course completion). Overall we have to pay Rs. 6,80,000. We don't have to pay the whole fees in one time, we can pay semester wise. There is also scholarship programme, before admission all we have to do is give an examination and we can get upto two semester fees exception.Read Full Review
