Mohanlal Sukhadia University is a top 2nd university in Rajasthan and if we talk about the field of science then it is the best university you can opt for. I choose this because the teachers are best here. There are many fields available here in science and every department has their own separate building. There are also many curricular activities that are organised here every year.

I have chosen the course Bachelor in Science (Life Science) which includes Botany, Chemistry and Zoology and there were additional subjects in every year which can be Environmental Science or English or Hindi or Computer. The admissions at Mohanlal Sukhadia University are based on merit list. Top students will get government seat and other students will get self financing seat.

The fees of your chosen course will depend upon the seat you got. If you got the government seat it will cost you around Rs. 3,000 – Rs. 6,000; and if you get self financing seat it will cost you around Rs. 28,000 – Rs. 35,000 per year.

Faculty members at Mohanlal Sukhadia University are well experienced. Sometimes the professors will teach you and sometimes there will be guest faculty. But both have nice teaching methods. They will provide you notes for better learning. They will explain everything on the blackboard. You can ask anything to them in between the class or after the class as well. Each class will contain about 50 students and there are 8-9 sections in Science. My experience and bonding with the faculty members was very nice and they were so helpful.

There is a huge Library in Mohanlal Sukhadia University where you can study from 10 AM to 4 PM. If you want any book from there you can issue that. Classrooms have single benches for everyone. The infrastructure of the classrooms is moderate. Labs are available there for every subject where you have to go for practical. Seminar hall and auditorium is present to conduct so many functions. There is also a canteen in the campus.

Campus is overall good and clean. It gives old vintage vibes. In the months of October to February you will find the campus very crowded. There are clubs for NCC and NSS. I was a part of NSS in my 1st year and it was quite a good experience. Co-Fest is conducted every year in the month of February where every student of Science field can join.
