Why Should B.Tech Aspirants choose PU Vadodara?

Overall Rating
I have had been good experience in PU Vadodara until now. I came with lots of expectations. Some of the things were better than my expectations but few things could have been better. I chose this university because it is an affordable than other colleges in the city as others are charging much higher than expected.
 

Academics Rating
I had chosen Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) branch. The admission requirements are simple, as one does not need to qualify any entrance exam. You are only required to have above 60% marks in 12th board. Admission process is also smooth and easy. In case of academics, the curriculum is good. Students are also provided with one personal development subject, which is very helpful for us during interviews.
I took admission in 2023 and my fee was Rs. 1,37,000 registration fee was around Rs. 500. There was no discount based on category of the students. However, students having more than 75% in HSC were given scholarship of Rs. 30,000, students with 80% or above were given scholarship of Rs. 35,000, students with 85% or more get Rs. 40,000 as a scholarship and at last, those who have 90% or more will get Rs. 40,000. In addition to that, there is increment of some percent in the fee (every year).
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties of my department are average because most of the faculties are young, having only few years of teaching experience. In some classes, they teach using blackboards and at side of that, there is a projector to teach practical subjects. Their problem solving ability was also average.
 

Placement Rating
At the university, placements were top notch. Many big companies come to recruit students.
Some of them were Amazon, Microsoft, and Google. According to the knowledge and skills of the students, average package was of 4 LPA and the highest was nearly 30 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, PU Vadodara provides hostel facility. However, I am not living in hostel so I do not have much idea about the facilities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus is very beautiful and huge in size. Buildings have attractive structure of the department. In each classroom, there were CCTV cameras, benches, projects, and smart TV. There is big library where more than 200 students can seat at a time. There are many seminar halls and food courts in the campus. For day scholars, there were buses, which are very clean and comfortable. Students also have amenities to play almost all the sports in university such as cricket, football, badminton, and basketball.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus life is mind blowing. There are always events & activities going on which gives us the vibe of the campus life. There is huge crowd in the university. Many fests are organized, which is good. In addition, student community also celebrates almost all the festivals in the campus.

    I am a student of B.Tech at Parul University. It has a very vibrant culture and there are students from all over India and abroad. My friends are from Manipur, Jammu, Lucknow, Vrindavan, Andhra Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Nigeria, Nepal, etc. It offers a stage for creative or talented people.     Parul University Vadodara has provided me diverse and dynamic academic environment. My overall experience has been good until now.
