Placement and Internship Opportunities at SSCBS New Delhi

Choosing and getting seat in SSCBS New Delhi in the first round was like a dream since class 11th for me. Placement opportunities are best here. I would recommend other students to consider this college for pursuing UG degree.

Main courses are BBA (FIA) and BMS in Business Aspect. There is B.Sc in Computer Science also. I opted for BMS since I was not sure which domain was best for me. BBA (FIA) is core Finance course and BMS is you can say a mix of all. Through BMS, you can pursue any domain in the future, but after BBA (FIA), Finance is the only domain in which you can be good at. You can get admission via CUET. You need to choose General, Math, and English subjects. You can get admission here if you clear the cut-off. Admission process is totally online. Exams are held at the end of the semester where you take 6 exams in every semester. Three of them subjects are core, which you have to study at any cost, and three are electives that you can opt according to your preferences you will get a good exposure here.

Fee of SSCBS New Delhi is very low. Year wise, fee was Rs. 27,000 including all the charges. You also need to pay the exam fee. College can help you financially, if you are from very economically backward.

Faculty members are good. Most of them have PhD degree. Some are even MBA or CA and CS who left their corporate life and entered in this sector. The knowledge they provide about education, practicality, and corporate life is top notch. They use PPTs, websites, and many more things to make us understand and give a good knowledge.

We have the placement cell at our college, SSCBS New Delhi. They reach out to companies for the placements as well as internships, help students to have better CV, and provide them guidance on various aspects like interviews, knowledge sessions on speaking, various beneficial courses, etc. Companies like Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, and many more good companies visit college while looking for the candidates.

We have hostel. Whole hostel arena is air-conditioned. Rooms are available in triple occupancy; they are fully furnished. Mess food is quite good with proper meals. Hostel fee is Rs. 14,40,000 per annum.um .

Campus size is 5 acres. Building has 7 floors and it is fully air-conditioned with lifts. An auditorium has 525+ sitting capacity along with the seminar halls. Canteen is big enough with affordable food options. Library is really good as it has plenty of books, proper sitting space, and appropriate learning environment. We also have outlets of Nescafe and Amul shops. Nescafe is the best place to hangout with friends and enjoy snacks during free time.

Campus life is fun with the academics doing case comps, mock stock, and more. Participating in sports tournament of football, cricket, & volleyball is also fun. College crowd is from various states and culture; all of them have good knowledge of various aspects. This is also the reason there is lot of competition among us. Societies are fun with live projects, fun activities, and networking opportunities. I am part of consulting, marketing, and an event society. I got a chance to engage in live projects with various brands gaining experience. ‘Crescendo’ is the fest, with great fun and vibe. We also have prom night in the college during fest. College life is really fun with career just blooming at its peak.
