SSCBS New Delhi has 2-Floored Auditorium which can Hold upto 500 Students

Getting into SSCBS New Delhi was like a dream come true. Life here is like and amusement's park experience, full of thrills and opportunities not only to learn but to grow for corporate and personal life too. The exposure given to students for corporate world at undergrad level only is something, which makes this one stand out of other Management colleges in India. Personally, my reason to chose this college for Finance course was something a risky but thrilling choice given the fact I had Science in 10+2. However, the curriculum and exposure were so good and aligned to my goals that I ended up here.

The eligibility to get into this college was calculated by marks of three subjects in CUET- English, Math, etc. The admission process is same as any other DU college. The attendance is something, which is considered thoroughly unlike other colleges. Classes are interactive and not just theory to make students actually learn. The curriculum is great. The college hours are thought long and sometimes feel hectic but that is the beauty of this college, which enables it to make their students use their full potential to shine.

The fee structure is pretty much like any DU college and it is actually such a great thing that the level of education this college provides despite being and government college is just awesome. The average fee for BBA (FIA) goes around Rs. 26,000/- to Rs. 27,000/- for a year, as if I paid Rs. 28,000/-, for first year then it kind of decreases for next year. There is fees relaxation policy for EWS students. In addition, the EWS students can get an extra book issue in library apart from the rule of 5 books per semester in general.

All the teachers have great expertise in their respective subjects. The method of teaching includes both white boards and PPTs, group discussions, etc are helping to make the class interactive, and certain graded activities are too there for core subject, which are evaluated under student's continuous assessment. There are on average 70 students in a class with one teacher, for optional subjects it varies. All the faculties whether teaching in a particular class or not are approachable and helpful.

Now, SSCBS New Delhi can vouch for its remarkable placements and internships as best undergrad B- School. Students are guided to crack interviews and be ahead in corporate world. There is a dedicated placement cell in the college, which helps students refine their CV's and help them for interviews. Some of the notable recruiters coming for campus placements include - BCG, Deloitte, EY, Dahlberg, Bain &. Company, Accenture, etc. For 2024-2025 batch, the highest package offered is 28 LPA, average is 11.73 LPA, and total number of offers were 252.

The campus is relatively smaller with less student strength so it is quiet in compared to other colleges. The classrooms are big with around 80 students' capacity with centralized Aces in each. The library is great with a vast variety of books, magazines, and journals. There is a seminar hall at each floor for various sessions and guest lectures. The auditorium is big and spacious as it has 2 floors and more than 500 students are ben seated. The canteen food is good and affordable. The sports facility is amazing with a good coach too. Personally, I like the seminar halls the most because of the seating arrangements and the sessions, which is conducted.

Campus life at SSCBS is great with different societies coming up with different sessions and fun activities. The college crowd good comprises bright minds with ambitious nature but at the same time fun enthusiasts too. There are multiple societies having their own niches like consulting, finance and cultural sacs including music, literature, art, and what not. The peer group is great and helpful. These societies conduct multiple sessions on finance knowledge, breaking into consulting, projects, and all. The annual fest is CRESCENDO, which is something really good and thrilling. Personally, my campus life is going good observing all these activities.
