My experience with Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS) has been pretty good overall. Since, this college comes under University of Delhi the exposure has been pretty good overall. The networking skill our college provides is next level & my peers come from all over the country.

Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies provides 3 Under Graduate courses which are BBA (Financial Investment Analysis), BMS & B.Sc Hons (Computer Science) and one Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Security. Admission through UG programs is through CUET (UG) and for Post Graduate program it is through CUET (PG). The faculty's teaching BBA (Financial Investment Analysis) or BBA (FIA) is one of the best faculties in all of University of Delhi. The BBA (FIA) program starts giving emphasis towards finance early on in the first year itself. And students are made career ready through various real life activities and case discussions.

The fees structure for the first year is Rs. 27,000 and for the subsequent years it is Rs. 24,000. Various scholarships are provided to the students from the college itself, University of Delhi, and also from the government of India which the cover the fees for the full including hostel and various other resources.

The faculties in the BBA (FIA) program of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies are aware of a lot of things and all have Ph.D from various top institutes of the country and abroad. They also have real world corporate exposure before they started teaching. Most professors encourage critical thinking and group discussion with an active learning atmosphere. Most of the teachers use modern teaching methods while some use traditional teaching methods. Each student is given an option to select a faculty member as his mentor for the whole duration of his/her program thus encouraging students to do real life projects, etc.

Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies does have a placement cell which is known as Career Development Center or CDC. The CDC ensures that the excellent job opportunities reach the student. The CDC cooperates with companies like Big 4, Mckinsey, Accenture, etc. The highest package offered this year was 28 LPA, average package was 10.97 LPA, and median package was 10.20 LPA.

Yes, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies offers Residential Facilities to the students. Students live in a top of the class hostel with modern facilities. Each floor has a pantry and common room to facilitate social activities like movie night, game night & cultural events. There is high speed network available in each room through Wifi and LAN. There is a common study room and there are 24x7 securities available at the hostel and inside campus.

Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies is one of the best colleges in University of Delhi in terms of infrastructure. The whole college has one building with a football ground and an open gym, it is situated in an area of 5 acres, and the campus is located in Rohini. The campus is fully air-conditioned; we have Akash-Ganga auditorium that span across 2 floors and a library also that span across 2 floors. There are seminar hall's at each floor and have 4 computer labs. The classroom can accommodate up to 90 students at a time and each classroom is equipped with top of the class teaching equipment. With the help of this top class teaching equipment, the learning is made fun and engaging.

My overall experience at Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies is pretty good and college crowd is quite large containing students from all over India and abroad. There are more than 50+ societies in the college & there are frequent speaker sessions, guest lectures and events organised by the societies from time to time. The annual fest of the Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies is ''Crescendo" where all the societies of the college organise events and competitions and where students from all over the India participate.
