IPSA Indore's Placements: Salary Ranges and Job Roles

From what I have experienced in this college so far, my graduation journey has been really amazing. IPS Academy Indore gives you freedom to explore the campus and participate in different activities according to your interest without any restrictions; The college is nearby my residence so it becomes very easy for me to travel. It was convenient for me to get the insights of the college and campus as many students used to live nearby my house. Hearing from them encouraged me to join this college and I can say that it was a good decision.

I chose to opt for B.Com Hons. since the fees here is quite affordable. It usually ranges between Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000 per annum. You can avail scholarships if you are from SC/ST or OBC category but you won't be getting any scholarship if you are from the general category. I wish the college could provide additional scholarship facilities based on our score.

The faculty-student ratio for each class is 1:80. The batch size is good The comfortable environment allows the students to interact with teachers freely whenever needed. Teachers are well qualified, experienced and hold a PhD degree. They are always ready to help students whenever necessary, whether in academics, co-curricular activities or career-related decisions. The faculty is very consistent, skilled and permanent. You can approach the teacher whenever they are free and get your problems solved quickly.

If we talk about placement, college has its own placement cell. Training to appear for high-value interviews could be improvised. You need to get 75% to get good companies. The highest salary is around 7-8 LPA and the lowest is 2-3 LPA. Recruiting companies like Asian Paints, Wipro and some other local businesses come to visit. Most of the roles offered here are like assistant and sales managers. The cell also provides summer internships but usually, they are unpaid and just for the experience.

Well, IPS Academy Indore has residential facilities for girls only. The hostel fees is roughly around Rs. 1,20,000 per annum. You have to pay the whole amount in advance and are expected to stay there throughout the year. Hostel gates are open from 7 AM to 6 PM. After that, girls are not allowed to leave the college. They have to pre-inform the warden and follow the stated security protocols to go or stay out after 6PM. Food quality of the mess is good.

The college has a really good infrastructure compared to that of other academies. It is spread over a large area. There are a couple of grounds where you can play almost any kind of sport. Classrooms are well maintained. The cleaning staff and food facilities are also great. There is a really nice canteen with good sitting area. Medical facilities are quite good here as they have a separate medication room. their personal ambulance and a few nurses to treat wounds. The locality of the college is also great as you can easily access to public transports like buses and auto from outside the main gate of the college. Classrooms are equipped with the basic board & duster and projector. Tables and chairs are made of wood but are quite comfortable. The library is quite large with lots of helpful books, access to internet and CCTV cameras around.

Campus life is one of the most memorable times in each student's life. My overall experience is really good and I found many friends with whom I have an unbreakable bond. It’s been about 3 years since my admission in this college. Various kind of festivals like Diwali, Navratri, Dussehra, etc. have been celebrated here and enjoyed by students. One can study in the library at any time, during the college hours.
