My Memorable Journey in BBAU Lucknow

Overall Rating
This university is located in the city of Nawabs, Lucknow. It is one of the top ranked central universities in Uttar Pradesh. One major factor of choosing this university was its research environment and library. It is at a prime location, hence you will get everything that is needed by the student without travelling far. It is very different from any other universities or colleges in Lucknow, as you will get good and healthy environment inside the campus. Moreover, this university got NAAC A++ this year.
 

Academics Rating
I enrolled in MA with Political Science in 2022. The eligibility criteria for this course are as follows: give CUET PG exam and after the results of this entrance exam, you get to know if you will are eligible for the course or not. If you are eligible, then you need to fill the admission form. Then after merit list is released & you have passed the eligibility criteria, that you need to visit university for physical verification of documents.
Fee structure of BBAU Lucknow is very minimum. You can get scholarship from the government. For this course, you need to pay fee of about Rs. 3200 per semester. There is some deduction in fee for SC or ST students as well.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members of the department are very well educated from very reputed universities like JNU. Majority of them have minimum 20 years of experience of teaching and research. You will get to learn about how to write research paper and how to write answers. They guide you every time. During my time, there was one teacher in 24 students. They were very friendly and supportive in nature. They will guide you threw out your cause time. If you have any query about anything, you can go to them anytime.
 

Placement Rating
For my course, you are not going to be placed in any company but you will get the idea of research paper writing and get a chance to interact with many other great teachers and authors during different types of seminar in university.
 

Hostel Rating
There are 3 boys’ and 2 girls’ hostels inside BBAU Lucknow’s campus. They are very clean and not very expensive. Hostels timing are not much restrictive but you need to get back in hostel before 9 PM and 8 PM for girls. there are study rooms in each hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Overall, the infrastructure is great. University has library, gym, seminar hall, health centre, convocation centre, etc. Classroom size is very big and they are very neat & clean. Library is top notch here. Canteen here is also very good. Library is open for 24×7 and has the best seating & learning facilities, as there are study rooms as well. There is a medical centre in the university. Hence, medical facility is also good. You will find all the emergency medical equipment there. Sports facilities are also very good.
 

Campus Rating
Overall, campus life is very good. You will get a chance to interact with many students from other states because it is a central university. There are different types of culture societies and clubs, where you can explore many things like dance, writing, and singing. Inter-university cultural program was also held sometimes in the university. My overall experience was very nice. I met my lifelong friends here. I did my Post Graduation from here and those were best days of my life.

    My experience at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University is good because the campus area is good as it is Central University. I choose this University because this is a Central University and I have to prepare for my GATE examination. I had another University as my second option and got my admission in the same but didn't take it because it wasn't Central Government Institute.     Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University is a minority university where 50% seats are reserved for SC / ST community although rests of the seats are open for other students.     For professional courses like MBA, Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar University is a very good choice. It has been ranked 78 out of 125 in India 2023 and ranked 9 in the Uttar Pradesh. Overall academic and placements are good. Well experienced teacher and staff is there and the library (Buddha Central Library BBAU) is quite famous nationwide. Classroom facilities are also good.
