JECRC University, Jaipur: 90% Placements and Top Recruitments

JECRC University is Jaipur’s one of the top most university. It has great infrastructure, with clean campus and basic facilities. It offers a variety of courses to students such as Engineering, Law, Design, Journalism, and Mass Communication. The labs and classrooms are well equipped. The bus facility is excellent as well. The hostels are well maintained. The canteen and mess have good food. Overall, a good choice for students. It has all the facilities for practical experience. We have studio for shoots, recording room for radio, digital media lab, newsroom for print journalism. Also. We have our own radio station, 90.8 JECRC FM, and newspaper called 'The Messenger'. In addition, regular rounds are taken by Vice-president and Chancellor of JU.

I am pursuing MAJMC from JECRC University. The course has nice curriculum with overall development. For admission, you need degree in relevant course with minimum 55% passing marks. Submit the relevant documents and details, pay the fees and you are done. The exams are held semester wise, 2 semesters per year.

Fee for MA JMC is Rs. 1,30,000 for overall course (Rs. 65,000 / year). The fees can be paid semester wise via installments, cheque, draft, UPI or in cash. Initially, there are charges for registration form (Rs. 500), tuition fee is around Rs. 10, and then the course fee is paid. The charges for bus (Rs. 50,000) and hostel facilities (1 Lakh) are applicable as well, if opted. The scholarship is also available for UG students.

All the faculties of JECRC University are qualified and experienced with 5+ years. They have PhD in respective fields and have cleared NET exam. They are also adaptive and flexible with technology and conventional teaching methods. The teachers support group discussions, public speaking, and healthy debates. They encourage their students to gain practical skills and sharpen their knowledge. They are also very friendly and approachable to the students anytime. There is teacher available on every 15 students in our department. The teachers are available to students for their every minute problem.

The University holds one of the best placements and recruitment drives in Jaipur. They also train and polish the skills of their students via CRT, which is Campus placement and recruitment training. Every year, top tech companies and other brands arrive at the campus to offer jobs to the students. It also has JIC (JECRC incubation centre), which provides the opportunities to the students to start their own start -up. The highest package of this year was 25 LPA in a tech company. The placement rate of this year was 90%. Almost all the students are recruited by some company.

The university also provides hostel facilities inside and outside the campus. The rooms are ventilated and have all the basic facilities. Water and electricity is available all the time with inverter, in case of light out. The food is good and healthy. There are both AC and non-AC rooms available. Gym is also provided for students. The safety and security is also excellent.

The university is pollution free and noise free. The campus is very open and wide with greenery and benches to sit. The university is divided into 5 main wings with adjacent to hostels. There is law block (admission block), Engineering block, School of Design, School of Business, School of Journalism & Mass Communication. There is dispensary, in case of medical emergency, canteen, and play area for basketball, football, cricket, badminton, and table tennis. Every floor has clean washrooms and water coolers. The classrooms have digital board and internet connection. The university also has great seminar halls for academic purposes. In addition, Medical college is under-construction as well. The students are full of energy and vigor. JU runs in two shifts, the morning batch for School of Science and School of Design, and the evening batch for School of Law, School of Business, School of journalism and mass communication, and School of liberal arts. Students are free to go and sit anywhere. This is the campus where humans and animals co-exist peacefully. The buses have AC installed with clean seats.

College life in the university is lively and vibrant. In addition, the college hosts several events like sports day (JU Verve), cultural festival (Rhythm), and many more extra-curricular activities for students.
