My Personal Opinion on Graphic Era Hill University

Overall Rating
I am from Dehradun, currently pursuing BCA from Graphic Era Hill University Dehradun. It's my first year and my experience as a fresher is good. I like the environment of university as everyone is friendly here. I chose this university because I like its academics and fests. It's not different from any other private universities.
 

Academics Rating
As a current BCA student, I feel like it's good though but academically I think all the universitys are same. Eligibility criteria is simple same as like all the other private universitys. you get admission on the basis of your percentage in 12th. Frequency of exams like you there are two exams Mid-semesters and end-semesters.
Fees structure is reasonable I think. my first semester fees is around Rs. 60,000. The University provides scholarship on the basis of your percentage you got in 12th. You can get concession, if you are from Uttarakhand of 5% to 25%.
 

Faculty Rating
As a first year, faculties are average but some are really good and experienced though. Background of faculty is good. Their method of teaching is using PPTs projectors and whiteboard. Some are good but some needs to improve. The teacher-student ratio is average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is good. Campus is not very big but it is good. Classrooms are good and seating capacity is also good all the equipment In Hill University, there is one library not so big but good. There are approximately 10 labs, 2 auditoriums (one is K.P. Nautiyal and another one is new). Canteen facility is very good, transport facility is good, and security is also good.
 

Campus Rating
As a first year, it is really good. University crowd is good. There are so many clubs I don't know the name but NCC and NSS are there. Engagement of activities are organized by the university is great. Every month, there is an activity. Fests are great of this university is known as Grafest. Last year, Badshah and Divine were invited to the fest for concert. My experience as a first year is really good. I made some friends.

    I chose Graphic Era Hill University because it was a renowned organization and not too far from my place. The infrastructure and faculty are excellent and even the placements are most important reasons I preferred GEHU over other colleges.     This university is one of the best in my state; it provides the best of the education and technology of the current time to the students. The professors at the university are highly experienced and qualified. Sports facilities and facilities for bus with full security and care are provided to the students.     My overall experience in this university is fantastic. I love its infrastructure management staff. I met new people and interacted with them. I enjoyed every event and fest conducted by the university. Participated in all events held by the university management and I enjoyed.
