Overall Rating
My overall experience at the university was like a roller coaster, there are many pros and cons but the environment is very nurturing for students as an educational institution. As a medical student, I prefer this university as the faculty is at it's professional level, students are very good and the study environment provided by the university is of utmost priority. I choose this particular university above others because of the good amount of scholarship provided by the university, which is again based on merit and hard work. The university focuses mainly on ground practical knowledge and secondly on theoretical knowledge.
 

Academics Rating
I chose the course of Bachelors of Physiotherapy and would suggest going for the same, as it is on boon for medical students. There is a huge requirement of physiotherapists all around the world as of now. People tend to choose healthy way instead of medicine or surgery. Candidate should of 18 years of age, should have 50+ percentage in 12th with English and Biology as compulsory subjects. The admission process is very simple and easy. The contact information is available on the website of the university itself. The academics prepare us very well for real life challenges.
The fees of this course per year is Rs. 1,27,000 which includes tuition fee, registration fee and admission fee as well special scholarships based on 12th merit. I only had to pay Rs. 90,000 after scholarship. Study now, pay later option and educational loan option is also present.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty teaching us is of top-notch level with extravagant information, knowledge and excellent on ground skills and techniques. Our faculty members hold masters as well as PhD degrees of our course. Their method of teaching includes group discussions, extra classes, PPTs, blackboard and book notes. The problem solving abilities of the faculty members are very good. The teacher-student ratio in our department is 8:50. My experience is very nice as they are very approachable and our bond is very nice, frank and humble.
 

Placement Rating
Placement cell is present and gets activated in the 4th year of the course. It mostly depends on the quality of skills that a student holds after the completion of the course and internship. Many hospitals are in regular contact with our university for placements. Packages offered are average.
 

Hostel Rating
Our university does offer residential facilities. There are more than 40 rooms with all kinds of facilities. Both genders’ hostel is separate. Mess food quality is nice and hygienic with 4 time meals. Hostel fee depends on the type of room you choose that can be 1 seater, 2 seater, 3 seater or 4 seater plus AC or non-AC rooms. The warden only explains hostel rules and timings.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus has A to F blocks, which has library and different departments plus cafeteria and hostel buildings. Campus size is 210 acres and the locality is nice. Seating capacity of classroom is spacious enough and has first aid facility as well. Seminar hall, Labs, auditorium and conference hall is present as well. All other facilities are present such as canteen, sports, medical, transport, security and other facilities. Cafeteria and library is my favorite spot of the infrastructure as it helps with all daylong stress of the university. The facility of labs, OPD, Library and AC classrooms goes well with my course experience.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life is thrilling, tiring as well as joyful. The university crowd is decent. A student welfare club organizes many events and competitions for students. It organized blood donation camps and health checkup camps too. There are many activities, competitions and events held by the university for the engagement opportunities. Fests like ‘Spandan’, ‘JU Frolic’ etc are annual sports and cultural events that are held every year. All the festivals are celebrated here as well. My experience here is of great joy and tremendous memories.

    We talk about overall experience at this University is average mean 3 out 5. Other goes there because this University is outside the city and is located at a very peaceful place.
