Exploring Student Life with KPRIT Ghatkesar

Overall Rating
I am studying at KPRIT Ghatkesar in 3 year. Our faculty members are very friendly and they teach and clarify our doubts diligently. Our campus is signed with top MNCs and it is an environment friendly campus. Many of our seniors are placed in top MNC companies and our institute has best transport with AC buses.
 

Academics Rating
I took Electronics and Communication Engineering because we can go for both streams of software and hardware engineer jobs. I am a management student and I joined this institute with very low donation fee. My yearly tuition fee is Rs. 80,000 only. They conduct weekly exams for us to improve our study skills and twice every month they keep aptitude tests for us. Mock interviews are conducted too.
Our institute has a very reasonable fee structure and we can negotiate with the administration department and the donation is also low.
 

Faculty Rating
In the course which I have chosen, the faculty are well qualified and they all hold Doctorates and PhDs. They teach us on both black boards and smart class boards. They solve any problem very easily. For every week, they give PPT assignments and the student-teacher ratio is 5:4. My experience was good with the faculty and the institute. The way they communicate with us was good.
 

Placement Rating
Our highest package is 54 LPA and minimum package is 5 LPA.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our campus has the 4 blocks and the blocks structure is combined together in 22.5 acres. In every classroom, the sitting capacity is 70 members and it is fully equipped with smart boards. We are having one library but it is average. We have labs with well-equipped instruments, seminar halls, canteen, sports room, medical room, and transportation facility.
 

Campus Rating
My overall experience is average, but I got good friends here and the college crowd is very big. We have some clubs like Social Media and Sports Club. Sometimes, movie promotions, sports and traditional events happen too. My experience is great. At present many events and clubs are in process of being planned.

    I came across this institute when I thought I had no scope of getting into a good institute. It is a tier two institute and autonomous too. The main reason why I chose the institute was due to my interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning field. The reason why a person can choose KPRIT Ghatkesar is because the administrations values sports and events as much as education. Like even the faculty does not want you being a bookworm.     We are the first batch of this college. I got admission into the college based on the rank. I have learnt a lot in these 4 years. I had such a lovely journey from 2008 to 2012. I wanted to get into the CSE branch, but as per my rank I got into the IT branch. The faculty members are changed now but I can surely say that the teaching is best in this college.
