My view point on VIT AP as a student

Overall Rating
VIT AP University has been a good institute and most of the students here get a job in many good companies with good amount of packages. VIT ensures good quality education to their students completing their degree here with the most experienced faculty all over India. Most companies in India visit VIT to recruit students in their companies.
 

Academics Rating
From the starting when we wrote the entrance test of VIT AP, the exams have been very well conducted each and every time. We should apply for the entrance test only at the time they allotted, usually there is long period between the test and the application. As a safe side, you need to get a rank below 35k as to get computer science course at VIT AP in the first category.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties at VIT AP are very good in terms of explaining and teaching their respective subjects in a very informative and interesting way. They are very well experienced at reputed universities and completed their Phd and masters from reputed institutes in India. They never hesitate to explain any topic regarding their subject to their students. They stay at their respective cabins at college hours so we can meet them and clarify our doubts. They feel free to invite students to their cabins.
 

Placement Rating
Companies visiting VIT AP have been placing many students in their companies for good packages from 4-5 years with an average package of around 7 lacs per annum. You can get more packages if your CGPA is more than 9.0 as most companies focus on the top students in the university.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel in VIT AP is better than I was expecting, Infrastructures of hostel buildings are top notched. In the hostel building itself, there are about 14 floors and they are maintained regularly to ensure good healthy surrounding to each and every hosteller. Sweepers clean the room every day and clean the bathrooms too. There is a gym and every hostel block equipped with many gym equipment. Food is excellent in quality and quantity too with very little compromises. Lifts are maintained very regularly. Every room in the hostel has a very good Wi-Fi connection.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus life in VIT AP is average. There are three academic blocks, six hostel blocks (4 for boys and 2 for girls), a canteen, two very large playgrounds scattered around on 100 acres of land. A new hostel block for men and a new canteen is under construction. Trees are grown all around the campus and in the campus to ensure good healthy and fresh air and reduce the pollution.
 

Campus Rating
In VIT AP, there are many students all over from India. Many clubs are organized so we can join and participate in the club. Cultural activities and others like fun events take place on most of the Saturdays. Many other large events are taking place from this year periodically and giving the students an opportunity to use their talent. You can also be a volunteer in these events to help make the event more successful.

    I have been studying here for a while and I think that overall, university is actually good. It is a solid place to develop your future. Professors are approachable and knowledgeable. Library and labs are well maintained. There is a scope of acting in every field of life. We can participate in any sport activities and other extracurricular activities.     Like in these college there are all average things, like some of the students are getting good hostels and some them are getting bad hostels facilities. Sometime food is awesome sometimes like maybe you going to vomit. Some faculties are good enough but some of them don't know the concepts.
