Overall Rating
It's been more than a year in SBSC New Delhi. Initially when I came to this College, I was not happy as I want to study in the north campus but slowly this College changed my whole point of view. I joined various societies and started interacting with many students. I did various exciting things. Our honorable Principal Prof. Arun Kumar has agreed to improve the infrastructure of this College.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Com (Hons.) in this College. The main motive behind choosing this course was the curriculam and the placement opportunities. I didn’t had Math so it was impossible for me to choose BMS that’s why I chose this course. For admission in this course, the students need to pass their class 12th and appear for the CUET exam. In 2025, the cutoff for general category is 834/1000. The exams are conducted twice a year. I got 8 SGPA by just studying 2 weeks before the exams. The majority of students in this College are enrolled in my course.
The fee in SBSC New Delhi is Rs. 17,275/- per year. This year, the fee is around Rs. 20,000/- per year. This includes all the other charges. The College also provides financial aid to economically week students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of this College are highly qualified. I studied 12 subjects in one year and there were different teacher for each subject. The teachers have done M.Com, Ph.D, etc. The teacher to student ratio is 1:70. My personal experience with the faculty members is good. They are approachable and solve every doubt of the students. Overall, the faculty members are good and they have a lot of patience.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the College has placement cell. The placement cell is very active. I am placement coordinator and it is the most reputed cell in this College. Various renowned companies visit our College such as Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, EY, Bain & Company, BCG, etc. Average package offered is 6 LPA and the highest package offered is 23 LPA. I have not been placed yet because I am in my second year.
 

Hostel Rating
No, there are no hostel facilities provided by the College.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is spread over 8.2 acres. The campus of SBSC New Delhi is divided into various blocks such as block A, B, C, D, E, and F. The block A is the admin block and other blocks are for the classes. The classrooms are good and well equipped with AC facilities. The campus has canteen where we can relax between the lectures. The auditorium and the sports complex of our College are under construction.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus experience is very good. The crowd is average here. There are more than 40 clubs/societies in this College such as Comsoc, Marksoc, 180DC, Career Counseling, Guidance Cell, and Delta society. I am part of 2 societies. The fests of this College is average but it conduct various events such as Divyotsav in Diwali, etc. Till now, my campus life is amazing and satisfactory.

    My experience in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College is very good. In my 1st semester I felt Lonely but as of now I am in 2nd semester. I have many friends and it's very enjoyable with friends and spending time with them. Faculty members here are very good. I am from commerce background and all the faculty members who I know are are very good in their field. They also use good technique for teaching.     So, I am a student of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College New Delhi, and my experience so far has been really good. At the time of admission, I applied to multiple Colleges. I even got admission to some Private Colleges and studied there for around 1.5 to 2 months. But their fees were almost Rs. 2,50,000 to Rs. 3,00,000/- just for a bachelor’s degree.     It is an amazing college for commerce students where apart from lectures, ECA is also given priority and skill enhancement is made with a strong alumni network. The infrastructure of the college is also good with a vast collection of books in the library.
