Around 8000 students are studying at PIET Panipat

The experience I had at PIET Panipat has been good so far. The Institute is huge with various departments available. I like the lush green environment of the Institute, it makes me feel better to be there. The environment is very pleasing and beautiful. I chose this Institute for two major reasons, one of them being its proximity to my place and the other is its renowned academics and faculty members.

I am pursuing B.Tech from this Institute. I chose this course because of the tremendous high paying jobs available in the field. I am highly impressed and influenced by the alumni of the Institute. I also want to secure great placement packages like they did. Entry requirements of my Institute are very simple. Students need to complete 10+2 with subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Maths with at least 45% marks. Admission is given on the basis of JEE Main rank. Exams are taken every semester.

The fee of my course at the Institute is very high. There are different fee structures for different courses.

The faculty of our course is very best in my opinion. The way of teaching is very simple and interesting and it varies from teacher to teacher. Some teachers use markers and white boards while some use digital screen boards for teaching. The problem solving abilities of all of our faculty members is excellent. They address our doubts within no-time. To bond with teachers can come off as tricky to some students but for other, it might come easy. It highly depends on the interpersonal skills of the students in my opinion.

Placement cell is also available in our Institute. It helps students to become industry-ready and also guides them with the interview process. Various renowned companies like Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, IBM, etc. visit our Institute to hire students.

Yes, the Institute offers separate residential facilities for male and female students.

There are five blocks in the campus of PIET Panipat. Each department like Engineering, Management, etc. has a dedicated block. The campus of our Institute is huge. There is a well-managed and maintained library having a number of books for the varied academic courses offered at out Institute. The labs are also well-equipped and are neat and clean. Auditorium is also available in our Institute. There are also many seminar halls in the Institute.

My overall campus life has been the very best so far and it has been quite interesting too. According to me there are around 8000 students studying at the Institute. Apart from this, there are also many clubs available to meet the varied interests of students and give them the chance to explore activities other than academics. I am also a part of one of the clubs at the Institute. There are two annual fests celebrated at our Institute. One of them is held in April and the other takes place in September. In my opinion, these two are the most happening fest organised by the Institute since they often are associated with celebrities visiting. Moreover, several other events and fests are oragnised frequently.
