St Aloysius College Jabalpur: Outlook over Academics, Activities & Others

Overall Rating
Our college is managed by Society of Jesuits and for me, it is one of the best colleges. From UG to PG, our college offers a range of courses and are very affordable too. So if my words to be taken, St Aloysius College, Jabalpur is a good choice to get a quality education.
 

Academics Rating
Our college put many efforts to ensure that student have an overall growth here. Therefore, academics are good considering it is a catholic college and they are known for its academics first and foremost. Our college is in affiliated to Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya and our university has toughest curriculum. This can be seen in the results, as passing percentage is low even for B.Com but the figures are opposite when it comes to our college, as academics are tough here.
Rs. 18,000/- a year is the total fees for B.Com and it is probably one of the most affordable choices.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties of my course here have won a lot of accolades. Many of them have been university Gold Medalist back in the day and therefore they aid us to develop a strong personality. Their teaching is probably of highest stature as even for B.Com where projects and practicals are not a part of university curriculum but they give it on their own and make sure that students work on those assignments and projects.
 

Placement Rating
St Aloysius College offers placement services. Some banks and financial institutions like Bajaj Capital who also conducts workshops are just a few names, which offers placements. Overall placements are shallow for B.Com.
 

Hostel Rating
Both boys’ and girls’ hostels are there but due to very strict rules, I have opted to stay off campus. However, as for dining facilities, there are distinct mess both the genders.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our department building has a two-floored building with 12 to 15 classrooms in each floor. All the classrooms have air-conditioning and even our auditorium and library hall have the same facilities. There is one lawn and one sports ground where lawn in the front and sports ground at the backend. One canteen and other food outlets are there.
 

Campus Rating
We have a several Cultural Fests & the fest is called Prerna. Also, there is entrepreneurship fest is ED Fest 2.0 and that is how students of our college are referred as. There is strict and disciplined campus life where there are many restrictions in place. Our students are also sent to various youth university events and international collegiate events by our college and are funded by our college.

    My memories and experiences with St Aloysius College Jabalpur have always been unforgettable provides great facilities and a very friendly environment for study. The college management also provides scholarships for deserving students. Competition remains very tough. For this reason, the cut-off of this college is also very high.
