Overall Rating
My overall experience has been great in this College. I chose it because it is good for my course. It is one of the best Colleges in the country. The environment here is good and the seniors & faculty members are also good. The teachers provides special attention to each and every student. If you want to study then you can take admission here.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Sc (Hons.) in Mathematics. I chose this course because I want to make my career in quantitative field such as Data Analysis, Business Analysis, etc. The eligibility criteria are the students should have studied Math in their 10+2. For admission, the students have to qualify CUET exam which is conducted by NTA. The admission will be done on the basis of the marks you scored in the entrance exam. The exams are conducted frequently. The College conduct mid semester exams and end semester exams, internal assessments are also included in this.
The fee of my course is Rs. 17,110/- per year. The students need to pay the examination fee separately. The fee concession is also available for the students who belong from the reserved category. The scholarship and financial aids are also available for the students who actually need it.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are great and highly experienced. The teachers are also very helpful. Most of the teachers have done Ph.D in their respective field. They are very approachable and cooperative. They also solve the doubts of the students. Most of the teachers use traditional teaching methods but some also use PPTs and projectors as well. So that the students can understand the concept better. My bonding with all the faculty members is great since they are very nice.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, KMC New Delhi has placement cell. It is very active and also takes frequent initiatives and help the students get placed in good companies. The cell conducts workshops which help the students enhance their skills. Several companies visit the campus such as Deloitte, KPMG, EY, TATA, etc. The companies offer good packages to the students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the College offers accommodation facilities to the male students only. The hostel has great facilities. The mess is also there which offers good food to the students. The hostel has a separate canteen as well which is open for all the students. The fee ranges from Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 65,000/- per year.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The main building of the College is huge. It consists of all the departments. We have a separate Science block which has all the necessary labs. The classrooms are huge with a seating capacity of around 50 students. The campus has 2 storey libraries which consist of variety of books. 2 air conditioned reading rooms are also present as well. The campus has seminar hall and auditorium where all the seminars and webinars are conducted. My favorite place is the sports complex.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life is great in KMC New Delhi. The campus crowd is full of ambitious and active students. There are several societies which conduct various extracurricular activities for the students. The students get to develop their talents and make connections as well. The annual fest is also organised which is held around in the month of February and March.

    It has been nothing but a wonderful experience at Kirori Mal College, which is by the way considered one of the best UG colleges. Trust me it does deserve this title. It secured 9th NIRF ranking in 2024, which make me proud that I am able to study in one of the top colleges of India.
