Pursuing My Bachelors from KMC New Delhi

Overall Rating
My overall experience at the KMC New Delhi is good. I cannot express my experience in words. There are many things in the College which I like the most. The campus is surrounded with lush greenery which provides peace to the students. It is one of the best Colleges in Delhi.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Sc (Hons.) in Math. My motive for enrolling in this course is to know more about the subject. The eligibility criteria are that the students must have passed their class 12th board with minimum 45%. For admission, the students have to qualify CUET exam which is conducted once in a year.
The fee structure of my course is affordable. The fee is Rs. 17,115/- per year. The students also have to pay the registration fee which is of Rs. 250/-. The College does not provide any discount to the students. The students can avail the scholarship like NSP and INSPIRE which provide financial support to the eligible students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of my course are really good and explain the concepts very well. They help us whenever we want. The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. Their problem solving abilities is also good and the student to teacher ratio is great. The faculty members are very understanding and cooperative. They are very passionate about their work and also interact with the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the College has placement cell. It helps the students in securing good jobs. The cell reaches out to different companies. Various companies visit the campus for recruitment such as Wipro, Amazon, Deloitte, Accenture, etc. and hire the deserving students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, KMC New Delhi offers residential facilities to the male students only. There are 89 rooms available in the hostel and it has the accommodation capacity of around 170 students. The hostel for girls is not available right now. The hostel admission is merit based. The mess is also available which serves good quality of food. The hostel fee ranges from Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 54,000/- per year.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is located near Kamla Nagar. The infrastructure is well designed and well maintained. Main building is dedicated to Arts and Science department. All the classrooms have different seating capacity; some are huge while some of the classrooms are small. The campus has library, seminar hall, auditorium, labs, canteen, etc. The College also provides both indoor and outdoor sports facilities such as Basketball court, Football ground, Badminton court, and various others. Medical facilities are available as well.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life is going good. The crowd is diverse and it belongs to different parts of the country. Everybody is engaged in their work, some are attending classes while some are working for different societies. There are many societies such as Tensors, Enactus, TRT, etc. NCC & NSS units are also available at the College campus. Several fests are organised in this College. The name of the annual fest is ‘Renaissance’ where the students enjoy a lot.
