I had chosen Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science as it is a very much reputed one in Warangal and also in our state and it had got over several honors and achievements. It also has various kinds of facilities for the students and good number of renowned faculty. It had also got a good NAAC accreditation grade and ranked at a good position in our state and in the nation. So I chose this college and I would also like to recommend it to my juniors and other fellow mates.

There are a total of 8 courses particularly CSE, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, IT, E&I, Civil, CSN and recently some other branches like the CSO, CSM were also included as a part of growth in various fields like that of the internet of things, and machine learning and also cyber security. The entry in KITS Warangal is through EAMCET exam and also there are management quota seats which a student can apply. Eligibility is to get a good rank in the eamcet exam. Students can either write the test or also can get entry through this quota if possible.

We have a very good number of faculty who posses very good knowledge about the academics and also regarding various technology and career growth. They not only teach the subject but also help us to build our character and ethical values which are also very much important for a student. They are good at teaching in their own way like everyone has their own unique style and approach.

Yes we have a training and placement centre. They train us through using different skills and also using latest technologies. This will help any student to achieve placement into various companies. There is good number of students who got placed from our college into various MNCs. This is because of our placement faculty.

Yes we have the residential facilities for both boys and girls with good infrastructure and facilities. There is also mess provided for the students which provides good and healthy food for the residential students.

There are 7 blocks in total and also an indoor stadium along with a vast ground for playing outdoor games. Among the 7 blocks one is the academic blocks that consist of the classrooms, offices of staff and also it is one of the centre blocks that consists of the important chair persons cabinets. The other blocks are for each branch that consists of various laboratories like that of web technologies lab, software lab etc. For CSE students and for other branches their related laboratories are present. There is also a vast library along with a digital library which is the centre of knowledge for the students and also a canteen is also present which is one of the best things in the whole college. There is a new block being constructed that consists of only laboratories and equipped with latest gadgets and technologies.

Overall the campus life is awesome. We have an overall 8 clubs that includes NSS, NCC, humanity, literary, music dance finearts (mdf), games and sports club, disciplinary club and technical club. I can say that the college is almost crowded but due to its vast infrastructure it can accommodate and everyone can roam freely in the campus. Through these clubs students can excel and showcase their talents. Regarding fests we have two fests that happens once in a year one is Sumshodhini the technical fest i.e. related to the technical and students can participate in various events and will be awarded and rewarded. The other one is the Samskruthi i.e. cultural fest where we can enjoy and have much more entertainment through music, dance, songs and much more. It also includes ramp walk, various kinds of dance and also food stalls will be there for food lovers and art exhibitions will also be held. So everyone can have a beautiful life inside the campus.
