Overall Rating
I am in my 2nd year right now. I chose this College because I have an interest in the Agriculture field. I haven’t good marks in the exam and that is why I chose this course. When I visited this College first time, I was really amazed by the ambience. It is a eco-friendly College and the environment here is really peaceful and calm. I am very happy that I took admission in this College. It was established in 1985.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Tech in this College. I chose this course because I am very passionate about it. The eligibility criteria for getting admission in this College are to qualify KEAM entrance exam. Spot admission is also available in this College. The academics not only focus on theories but it also prepares you to face the real world challenges. The exams are conducted frequently.
The fee of my course in KCAET Malappuram is around Rs. 17,000/- per year. The College also provides fee concession to the students who belong from reserved category.
 

Faculty Rating
There are different faculty members for different departments. Most of the teachers have done Ph.D in their respective field. Some of the teachers here are contract based. The teaching methods include blackboard, PPTs, etc. We can share anything with them. My bonding with the teachers is quite good.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is a placement cell at the College. The placements are not up to the mark. It is improving day by day. The cell regularly updates the students about the job and internship opportunities which are really very helpful.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the College provides sports facilities to both male and female students. There are separate hostels for both the genders. The hostels are good and we have any problem then we can complain about it to the hostel authorities. The hostel fee ranges from Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 3000/- per month. The mess is also available which serves 4 meals a day.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus of KCAET Malappuram is spread over 98 acres of land. It is located in a village. There are buses available nearby the campus so it is easy to commute. The campus has canteen which serves good quality of food to the students. Stationary store is also present at the campus. The campus is fully secure because there will be security guards present at the main gate. Overall, the infrastructure is good.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life at this College is good so far. The campus is not that crowded, less students are studying at this College. It celebrates several festivals such as Diwali, Holi, Onam, Christmas, etc. The campus life is more fun with good friends. I have made several good memories in this College. Each year, it conducts annual fest for the students.
