Programs at KCAET Malappuram are Recognised by ICAR

Until now, there have been total 41 batches, which have pass-out from the Institution. I wanted to study in Agricultural related courses, which is why I appeared in related entrance tests. Then, based on my overall rank, I chose this College. Initially, I was skeptical about the College as took admission all the courses are approved by ICAR , but I am happy that I chose this one.

For me, this course is very easy to understand. I am a second year student & until now, the syllabus is very easy. From our year onwards, the syllabus is entirely different from our seniors. In terms of exams, mid-term, practicals, and final theory examination are conducted in a semester.

When I joined KCAET Malappuram, I had to only Rs. 7500/- for a semester. From next onwards, there is increment of 5% in fees.

Faculties are good & very friendly with us. Their lectures are interesting as the interaction in healthy & knowledgeable. For teaching, some of them shows PPTs and some teach us in the black board. As for me, practical classes are more interesting than the theory. In practical classes, they divide the entire class into number of group and half of the group does the praticals first then the second batch does practical after first one.

There is an effective Placement Cell in KCAET Malappuram. There is a club working under the placement cell. Most of the students get job through campus selection and a large amount of students go for higher education. Therefore, the placement is good.

In our College, hostel is good and food is tasty. The food is of varied range as both vegetarian & non-vegetarian meals are served to us. There are around 50 room and each room contain 5 member

The College is situated near the Tavanur Village on the banks of the Bharathapuzha river. There is only one block for academic, which 4 floors, (excluding ground). In addition, the entire College has trees all around. There are eco friendly seating arrangements. First two floors are for class and the top floor has exam, seminar, and conference halls. This block also has Computer and Geospatial lab & rooms for other purposes. Library is situated at backside of the academic block. There is a large auditorium and nearby that canteen is situated. There is a Basketball, Volleyball and Football court in the campus. There are different labs are in the campus.

Our College is literally a peaceful place. Overall, strength of this College is around 350 students as only two courses are offered here. In evening, my friends and I go to the river bank and spend our time there. Here, many academic & non-academic events are also conducted from time to time.
