Area of Medicaps University Indore Library is Nearly 35,000 Square Feet

This is one of the top private Institutions of Madhya Pradesh. My experience here has been really good. I chose Medicaps University Indore because it provides good placement opportunities. The environment is favourable for studies and most of the faculties are very supportive in nature. The best part is the transparency in the copy checking and evaluation process.

I always wanted to pursue B.Tech in CSE which is a 4 year course. You are eligible for this course if you have more than 75% in 12th Standard given that you opted for the Science stream. Since it’s a private University a lot of seats are available. Admission process is very simple and counselling is a very simple procedure. In every semester, there are 2 mid semester exams and 1 end semester exam which are easy to moderate in level. Academics are mainly focused on theoretical knowledge but practical part needs some improvement. Try to maintain a CGPA above 8 which is easy and focus more on getting skilled in various technologies.

When I enrolled, the fee for my degree was Rs. 1,65,000/- per year which has now increased to about Rs. 2,00,000/- per year. In this, about Rs. 70,000/- is the tuition fee while around Rs. 12,000/- is development fee which is charged semester wise. Transport fee is around Rs. 30,000/- per year. You can either pay fees yearly or semester wise. It also charges about Rs. 2500/- per semester as examination fee. You can avail scholarships such as Medhavi and OBC scholarships if eligible for it.

Most of faculties of Medicaps University Indore are supportive and always available to help you. There are more than enough teachers in my branch. They are mostly graduates from top tier private Institutions and there is a blend of both young and experienced professors. Most of them prepare PPTs and use them to teach students but the good part is they also take presentations from us which improves our ability to speak before large number of people. Every teacher has their dedicated cabins which we can visit and get our queries solved.

Placement cell is very active and keeps updating the students about upcoming opportunities on their University emails. The placement process starts from the 7th semester as companies start arriving from July to August every year.

Yes, the University provides separate hostel and mess facilities for boys and girls within the campus but I am a day scholar so I am not much aware about it.

There are separate buildings for every course and the campus size is pretty big. Most of the buildings are new and are good in condition. The V-Block which is for my department is huge and very well maintained. Classes are clean and have a projector & board for teaching. Our library is very huge & covers around 35000 square feet area. All academic facilities such as labs, auditoriums, etc. are present. Library is really good and big which is helpful for students. There are grounds for Cricket and Football, Badminton, Tennis & Basketball courts as well. We can use them freely. Bus facility is also provided for day scholars. The labs are really good and provides computer if you don't have your own laptop.

Campus life in Medicaps University Indore is satisfactory. The study load keeps on reducing with every passing semester. Majority of students are not local and come from other districts and even other states. The best part is there is no ragging culture here and even if any case occurs then management takes strict action. They organise Moonstone which is the annual fest at a very large scale for 3 days. My experience has been very good in this Institution. I think if you have decent communication skills then you can get a very good friends group. Once you make some friends, the experience will be much better.
