Overall Rating
Maturi Venkata Subba Rao Engineering College sponsored by Matrusri. It’s been 41 years since it established. It is one of the top 10 colleges in Telangana. I got seat in this college through EAMCET. Students can grow better when they are given freedom to explore and express. Our college is the best place where you can bloom yourself into technology without any stress unlike many other colleges.
 

Academics Rating
I am from CSE (AIML) course. Ours is the first batch to enroll in this course. The main reason I took this course is that AIML is taking over the world. You can get into this course with 10-13k EAMCET entrance exam rank. Through this course you can get into growing technology. You Can also get through management.
 

Faculty Rating
It’s not about the faculty it’s all about your interest and consistency then you could work. Anyway we have good faculty who encourage, counsel students. The most important thing about our faculty is they have many years of experience they even conduct counselling classes in which they speak to students about their curriculum. Our faculty mostly aren't much strict.
 

Placement Rating
Yes we do have a placement cell. I heard about our seniors who placed in top companies with highest 44 LPA package.
 

Hostel Rating
There is no hostel facility for girls but many hostels are available near college. There is college hostel facility for boys.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our campus is of 18 acres. And it of 41 years old. Infrastructure is not that good. We have 5 blocks for each department. We have a canteen but only veg is allowed. In our curriculum we have sports day in every week. We also have library facility. You can borrow books for a month or more than that. We have places to pass the time too like rock garden and benches to sit with friends.
 

Campus Rating
Best part of our college is fests. Our faculty also encourage conducting and participating in fests. It’s been 4 months I joined in MVSR our seniors have conducted like 7-8 events. But we got chance to participate only in 4-5 events. About the clubs. We do have lots of clubs like dance club, singing, art and many more. We have radio station too." Many opportunities to explore yourselves"

    MVSR Engineering College is very good. Lecturers give extra knowledge. If you want career guidance, there are many available to guide students. Before joining, I do not have any impression on the college but now I can conclude that it is a decent college. Inside the college, students have complete freedom compared to other colleges.   • Great college life at MVSR Engineering College

    The college has a large library, separate blocks for each branch, and well-equipped labs. It also has a sports ground, automobile workshops, and food stalls. The faculty is well-qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Placement Cell at MVSR has a success rate of around 80%. Major recruiters include Deloitte, Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and Accenture. The Placement Cell is effective in training them for the industry.... Read Full Review

    Missing out on IITs is never a good feeling but then MVSR happened to me. Yes, automobile engineering here is the most famous department but CSE too is equally good. Some harsh faculties and too much of practical applications but it’s all worth it as I have met some IITians during internships and it felt no different competing with them education wise....
