GAT Bangalore is a Good Institution to AI Knowledge

Overall Rating
My overall experience is average to good. Fests are conducted on a regular basis. At the Institute, the infrastructure, campus, and greenery are up to the mark. The classrooms have modern teaching aid. I chose this one because there is no ragging. The faculty support is best here & it has helped me a lot in my overall growth.
 

Academics Rating
I chose CSE AI-ML branch & the motive behind is that sudden boom of Artificial Intelligence in the market. Admissions are based on KCET and the ComedK ranking. The Institute also has a few Management Quota seats. In each academic year, there are 2 semesters & final exams are held at the end of every semester. Academics prepare very well to become skilled and competent individuals in future.
As I took admission via management quota, my annual fee is Rs. 4,00,000/- & I paid it via NEFT. For me, there is no discount or scholarship.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are well good. They are friendly, supportive and explain all the topics very nicely. Though, they are strict for the attendance (minimum 75% needs to be maintained). All of them have completed their PG i.e., M.Tech and a few of them also have Ph.D degree. Teaching methods include the usage of smart board. All out academic related problems are solved on properly. In one section, there are around 60 students & around 7 teachers take classes. My experience with faculty is satisfactory.
 

Placement Rating
Placement Cell or Placement & Training Department is present at the ground floor of Annexure Building of the GAT Bangalore. Students get job through the assistance of the cell. Mock interviews and pre-placement sessions are conducted here. IBM, Infosys, TCS, and many more companies visit every year to provide job and Internship offers to the students. I guess, average package ranges from 4 LPA to 5 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, Institute offer hostel facilities. Rooms here are available in 3 and 4 occupancies. They are quite clean & well- maintained. Yes girls’ and boys’ hostels are separate. Mess food is below average. We get 3 meals in a day. I paid is Rs. 1,10,000/- per year as a hostel fee. It varies on the basis of room occupancy. Hostel rules are very strict. Here, no drinking is allowed, in and out timings are strict.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus of the Institute has main building, annexure building, and AI block. There are smart classrooms which are fully-equipped. Library is well maintained. Auditorium of the campus has AV tools and many other ICT amenities. Canteen is the main highlight. Security guards are deployed all around the campus.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life is very good. Crowd of the Global Academy of Technology Bangalore is huge. Many clubs are present here. All the festivals including Ganesh Chaturthi are celebrated here. Yearly cultural and sports events also take place.

    In this Institute you can enjoy your Institute days as it is not that strict as other Institutes. Academic wise also some teachers are knowledgeable. I chose this Institute because I got it in my KCET rank.     This college belongs to a politician of Karnataka. It is situated at the RR Nagar. The Basically I got into this university via KCET counseling. It is an qualifying exam required for doing B.Sc in Agriculture, Horticulture, B.Pharm, D.pharm, Engineering, etc. This was the college which I personally wanted to join and also you got to choose the branch which you want to pursue in future.     Firstly I am very happy to join the course MBA in Global Academy of Technology Bangalore this was a very good college and I learned many thing in this college. This college helped me to build my career and now I am working in a company that to I got placed by the help of college.   • Travelling miles for GAT was not worth it

    The new norm that engineering studies are best in Bangalore landed me to GAT. Comed-K is one of those entrances that is open to all and it’s because of that, I decided to take which ever college I get through the score. Less score meant GAT and some colleges even lesser than that for me but GAT being a brand name I thought of moving miles to study here.
