Overall Rating
I had the best engineering life with interesting classes and other engaging activities. Even our teachers were friendly and used to clear all our doubts. We also had very good campus placements. I also spent a lot of time in sports. Don Bosco Institute of Technology is one of the best Engineering colleges in Bangalore.
 

Academics Rating
I chose the Electronics and Communication Engineering branch. I got a KCET rank of 49,000. Since I had chosen a PCME combination in PUC, I was interested in the ECE Combination. This course includes very deep information about Transistors, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Digital Electronics, FT, Network Communication, etc.
 

Faculty Rating
The teachers at DBIT Bangalore are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They are always helpful towards our education. There are no semester exams in this college. We only have yearly exams, and they are quite difficult for us. The pass percentage of the exams is 50%. The course curriculum is relevant.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have very good placements in our college. I got placed at Visionet for a package of 2 LPA.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our college is spread across an area of 36 acres. There are mainly 2 blocks for the Engineering Department, 1 block for MBA, and 1 block for the PUC. Each branch has its own department and staff room. There are separate courts for Volleyball, Basketball, and Football. There is a huge cricket ground. Our college has a vast area.
 

Campus Rating
Our college conducts a fest every year, and a tournament for every sport. Our college management also conducts quizzes, hackathons, and other competitions. Also, they take the students on industrial visits. Our college is not only good for studies but also for many engaging activities.

    Don Bosco Institute of Technology is one of the best engineering collage in Bangalore, which has the good infrastructure, faculty, campus placements, advanced lab facilities, internship facilities, different sports facilities. During physics and chemistry cycle in first year every faculties are friendly and they motivates us and make subjects easier, this makes us to believe engineering is not so difficult and we can score more marks and achieve high CGPA...   • DBIT is quite a liberal college

    DBIT is the top college of Bangalore and for Computer Science definitely the best. The college just has 2 courses in M.Tech and Computer Science is one of the hottest. My personal views on the college is that there are some excellent points while there are some substandard things as well. Don Bosco Institute of Technology is located quite far from Bangalore central and the college bus becomes imperative.
