IT department Review of my college

Overall Rating
The overall opinion about the college is good. It is one of the top 30 engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu. The faculties are very kind and ready to teach as many times as you want. As it is an autonomous college clearing the semesters will not be a herculean task. There will not be relative grading. The placements are very good.
 

Academics Rating
The Information Technology is one of the good courses in any college as well as in this college and the faculty in the department is easily accessible. The HOD is a very good person, and any concerns can be reported directly to him and will be cleared as soon as possible. As well as the senior students will help you.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties in the department are easily as well as early accessible. The HOD is a very good person, and any concerns can be reported directly to him and will be cleared as soon as posssible.The issues with a particular faculty can be said to him directly he will correct it if we provide valid reasons for it.
 

Placement Rating
In general, the placements in the college are excellent. There is a special department "Training and Placement Cell" which focuses mainly on the placement for the students. Almost every student in every department who are interested in the placements is placed in any of the company with at least a minimum package of 3.6 LPA. They bring all companies (Core, Service-based & Product-based) for On Campus-Selection process.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel in the college is average. There are 5 different hostels (Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Coral, and Ruby) with different facilities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college has a very good Infrastructure. The building is completely built on granite with the trees in-between which makes it more beautiful. There is a particular area which will be similar to forest in which the college grows all kinds of trees. There will be a large number of birds staying on the trees in the campus.
 

Campus Rating
There are many clubs in the college which will be conducting many events on their own. There is a particular area which will be similar to forest in which the college grows all kinds of trees. There will be a large number of birds staying on the trees in the campus. There will also be importance given to sports activities.

    My overall experience in Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Coimbatore is quite good till now. It is Accredited by NAAC (A+). The factors which made me choose this particular Institute is their infrastructure, education curriculum and the atmosphere. In other Institutes they have regular classes and lectures but here we have to choose either going to classes or library or special lab for events and projects or they introduce personalized skills which are cutting age techniques....     My experience on this campus is good. The faculty of the mechanical department is friendly to the students. And many labs are available for college students and they can use them every day.
