KL University is a plush campus, sprawled over 100 acres in Guntur district. It offers wide range of courses ranging from engineering, law, pharmacy to architecture and hotel management. It is accredited from "NAAC "with 3.75/4 CGPA and an A++grade. It is approved by AICTE and UGC act of 1956. Pharmacy, law and school of architecture colleges are approved by PCI, Bar council and CoA respectively. It is ranked No. 1 by Outlook -Icare Indian university rankings and placed 71-75 rank in Qs India rankings 2019. It is recognized as 'most clean campus' by AICTE.

Admissions to various courses are done through their respective national and state entrance exams. KLUEEE exam is exclusively conducted by university for engineering admissions. Sports and N.C.C quota candidates are given special admissions with fee concessions. College management is very strict about discipline and attendance. Parents are regularly intimated about student's behavior.

I joined B.Tech (E.C.E), eligibility for joining engineering courses is to pass 10+2 or any equivalent with 60% or above. And clear entrance exam (KLEEE/JEE-MAIN/JEE-ADVANCED). I joined E.C.E because I would get to learn both electronics and communications and hence would have job opportunities in both the fields .

Yes, the course subjects surpassed my expectations. The course included projects, labs along with theory classes with regular assessments and tests. Yes the course is helpful to get job in both hardware and software domains.

About 167 faculty staff is allotted for E.C.E course, out of which 85 members are PhD holders. More than 1000 teaching and non teaching faculty are there for overall college. Average years of experience is about 10 years. Most of the faculty are doctorates or post graduates. Yes they teach subject very well. In case we have doubts, we can contact faculty directly at any time. They provide us with presentations, e-learning materials, manuals in addition to teaching in class.

Training is given for every year of course through aptitude, reasoning and English classes. Placement classes are conducted specially for final year students starting from summer holidays with special fees. Students who are interested in campus placements only, can avail these classes. Training and placement cell is coordinates all placement related activities from students attendance to handing out offer letters. Infosys, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Zoho are few of the top companies visiting our campus.

Rs. 20 lakh package was highest received in our batch by IBM Average package is around Rs. 5 lakhs per annum. 100% placements were done for 2017 batch.

Yes, hostel facility is provided. There are more than 3000 rooms for girls and boys. There are separate hostels for girls and boys. Hostel fees is about Rs. 1 lakh per year. There are both vegetarian and non vegetarian food in south Indian and north Indian cuisines. Though south Indian food is tastier. Non veg is provided only twice a week. Quality of food is very good. There is also canteen in hostel other than mess from where we buy food of our choice.

It is sprawled over 100 acres of lands. It has separate building for every department, a 7 floor library campus with books, computers and e-books. Classrooms are very big with seating arrangement for about 80 students. There are both indoor and outdoor auditoriums. There is a main mess building and about 4 hotels in campus. Additionally alternate floors do have small snack corners with beverages and some refreshments.

Labs for each subject are conducted. They are well equipped with instruments, monitors and staff. There are multiple playgrounds for sports like basketball, football and kho-kho. Indoor stadium is built for indoor games, dance and yoga. It also includes stores which sells stationary and also has facility for photocopy, print out and binding. Medical and emergency support is given by trained doctors First aid kit and dispensers are readily available in medical room. Ambulance service is also available.

There are plenty of research labs and hobby clubs. There are so many workshops, seminars and presentations conducted. Students are encouraged to participate in intra and inter college fests. All the festivals are celebrated with awe and grandeur. Annual fest is the best among them and conducted over 3 days with technical and cultural events. There is lot of scope to grow your skills and plenty of resources to learn from. It is overall a nice university.
