Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University B.Tech Review By Ravinder Chouhan

Three years back if someone would have asked me to write a review in English, I would look for a hiding space. I was that bad at English. The college will not only make me a responsible engineer but has made sure that overall development is the way their students can contribute. The college made sure that students who are weak in English, the professors will interact with them in Hindi and will give them time. The students and the one whom I can call my friends have helped me overcome my fear not just to interact in English but also to stand in the crowd. I will only credit my college for this.

As we all the students at Bharti Vidyapeeth say that sometimes we love it and sometimes we hate. On days, we have nothing to do, we feel like let the classes run by till evening. But why on weekends as well? Many of our weekends are occupied with some or the other things such as extra classes, missed practical, submissions, and if that’s not all the college calls upon prominent personalities for guest lectures. Please spare us as students and give us some breathing space as well.

The faculty is top-notch and so are there teaching methods. Besides that faculty is heavily experienced as well. The faculty is very easy to approach and hold no grudges against the students who score less in the exams. Yes, faculty may be harsh during the classes on such students but otherwise though they are chilled out. The faculty takes care of each student as their own and also are proactive when it comes to other activities. The faculty also teaches us the importance of overall development and they are the reason why I am confident enough. A special mention to Nalini madam who never shy away from helping students out in every endeavor they engage in.

The market plays a pivotal role in the placements. There was a time when companies like L&T, Dulip Buildcon and Kolte Patil were the best companies to visit the campus. The emergence of IT has made it clear that we will be working in an IT company after passing out. Students have started bagging packages worth over Rs. 10 Lakhs and the time will come when Engineers passed out from our college will be working in fortune 500 companies. The average though will be around Rs. 4-5 lakhs but if you have the potential the college provides enough on-campus and off-campus placements.

Out of 7 hostels, only 1 has been reserved for boys. The college I feel believes in girl power but they should know this college is known for engineering and other faculties have maximum boys and still the management has done this. Anyways we will let it for the management and talking about the boys hostel, there are 94 rooms in all and huge hall that has a large dormitory which is reserved for 1st year students. The hostel has all the things one can ask for and the fees is justified. The cleanliness is something that was commendable.

The warden was strict with timings but in special case they do allow to go out. The hostel mess serves some of the traditional south Indian dishes but I so really wished they offered some North Indian dishes as well. The students smoke hiding here and there and this is something which should be avoided as every year at least the drainage of the hostel show its toll. All in all a great experience and enjoyed my hostel life to the fullest.

You will feel as if you have entered a palace as soon as you enter the campus. The college main building can be seen from the college gate and that is the hallmark of Bharti Vidyapeeth. Lovely vibes can be experienced at the college campus and that’s because of the college infrastructure. Every faculty has their own building and engineering section has 2 buildings.

The classrooms are huge and there are digital blackboards in the classroom. The college has modernized its infrastructure recently and is now better than ever. There are some shops, bank, and canteens in the college campus. There are 2 big sports ground and students are seen playing sports after the college hours.

At Bharti Vidyapeeth campus one can come with terms on the second day itself. The seniors are very helpful and no caste bar at the campus. There are a lot of things that are considered intolerable at the campus and one complain can ruin the career. Thus students stay in control and live with peace and harmony.

The timings are strict but the college has a lot to offer. The fests are worth mentioning as you can discover your other side during the fests. All the teachers encourage the same and this is why I have rated my college experience the greatest.
