The DYPIMCAM Akurdi campus covers a land of approximately 32 acres. The Institute has several Wi-Fi access points across the premises so that students can learn from the online study materials.
The students of the DYPIMCAM Akurdi are offered a wide range of academic & non-academic amenities such as smart classrooms, library, labs, auditorium, seminar halls, cafeteria, sports, hostel, and transportation, to name a few.
The smart classrooms of the Institute are equipped with modern teaching tools like projector, smart board, marker board, wireless microphones, sound aids, public address systems, etc. to impart excellent learning experience to the students. Digitally-equipped tutorial rooms are also available to conduct interactive learning sessions.
A huge auditorium with comfortable seating arrangement, ACs, and advanced audio-visual systems has been set up at the DY Patil Institute of Master of Computer Applications and Management campus to host large-scale educational and cultural events.
Several air-conditioned seminar halls are there at the campus, one of which has a seating capacity of around 180 students. Multimedia tools including smart TVs, speakers, and much more are installed here so that academic activities can be organised efficiently.
For the physically-disabled students, ramps and wheelchair facilities are provided. To make sure that students are provided a safe environment, CCTVs are installed across the premises. The other spaces include a board room, amphitheatre, and server room.

- Library: The Institute’s library is present over an area of approximately 242 square metres. It has a huge repository of books, journals, newspapers, and several more resources. A reading hall / room, spread across 150 square metres can accommodate nearly 100 students.
Digital library facilities are provided to the students and faculty members. They can access the e-learning resources and online platforms like DELNET, IEEE Explore, J-Gate, Science Direct, Shodhganga, NPTEL, E-PGPathsahala, and NDL through 13+ PCs installed in the library or remotely. Other than this, reprographic services are available.
- Laboratories: A computer centre and many computer labs, equipped with advanced hardware & software and Internet connection are there at the premises. At these labs, practical classes are held and students can also use the same to finish their academic tasks. In addition to this, a Language lab has also been set up by the Institute.
- Sports: Inside the DYPIMCAM Akurdi campus, well-maintained Grounds for Cricket, Volleyball, Football, etc., and a Tennis Court & Basketball Court are present. For indoor games like Badminton, Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess, and much more, a Sports Complex, Hall, and dedicated spaces are provided to the students.
Besides this, various tournaments are held to encourage the students to stay physically active and develop leadership skills and unity amongst each other.
- Hostels: The male and female students are provided with separate residential facilities inside the Institute’s premises. The DYPIMCAM Akurdi Hostels have fully-furnished rooms for the boarders along with mess and many more recreational amenities.
- Cafeteria: A spacious cafeteria is located in the DYPIMCAM Pune campus wherein different varieties of snacks, meals, and beverages are served to the students.
- Transportation: The Institute owns numerous buses. These cover various routes of the city and provide hassle-free & timely commuting services to the students on a daily basis. In addition to this, bus facility is available for travelling to nearby locations for academic purposes.
- Healthcare Facilities: To provide prompt medical treatment to the students, an Infirmary is there at the Institution. On-call ambulance service is available during medical emergencies. Also, a Physician is available for providing healthcare consultation to the ill students.
- Gymnasium: At the gymnasium present at the DYPIMCAM Akurdi campus, students can use the weight training and cardio equipment to exercise and maintain their overall health.
