CHARUSAT University Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025, Anand

A centralised Career Development & Placement Cell (CDPC) / Training & Placement Cell has been established with a primary goal to make students more employable by equipping them with knowledge & skills so that they can obtain job offers during the CHARUSAT University placement drives at reputed firms.

The cell invites numerous leading companies to take part in the recruitment process including TCS, ICICI Bank, Amazon, Infosys, Reliance, and many more which actively participates in the same to hire students fulfilling their eligibility requirements. During the placement drives held in 2025-26 year, approximately 885 students got placed at prominent organisations. Also, the average package which students obtained is 5.1 LPA and the CHARUSAT University highest package secured during the same is 81 LPA.

An extensive range of pre-recruitment activities are organised every year for the students enrolled at the CHARUSAT University to help them understand the demands & requirements of the corporate sector including mock interviews, job fairs, aptitude training sessions, and so on. These activities assist students in securing potential job & Internship opportunities and also uplift the placement percentage of the educational Institution.
