Faculties were unleashed as and when required as they would go at a certain pace, but up the ante, if they felt that they were behind the rate, they should be going. The ability to put theory to test in practicals and students being asked to lead the mantle was the best thing they could have done. Their genius was always behind us, and that made sure that even if we fell, we had someone to pick us up. All the faculty members were quite experienced and had some of the best degrees on offer. HR faculty had to indulge us in 8 hours of practicals every week and therefore we didn’t have much theory headache. The University has produced some quality students but was a little mesh if you compare them with top B-Schools of the country. Flame though never claims to be the best University and has never promoted its MBA programs like many other Universities in Pune. Some of the faculty were selfish as they had different rules for different students. The non-favorites were badged into submissions more than ever and this was one of the severe drawbacks.Read Full Review

Faculty members did their best to make us understand the importance of an MBA student. What all we bring to the table and how we can help an industry grow has to be the main expertise of an MBA student. It’s not that as if we didn’t know that but listening from the faculty was heartening. The faculty members were helpful as we were never thrown assignments which are not relevant and were given extra time in case we needed for submission. The faculty was never hard and fast during the 1st 2 semesters but things changed in the last year as they tend to be stricter but because none of them were naturally strict they couldn’t hold on for long. The faculty was qualified enough to never let it go easy but were never hard for sure.Read Full Review
