Flame School of Business Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025, Pune

The placement training program of placement happened for weeks as all the skills required to push ourselves in the interview were taught to us. Many mocks and virtual interviews happened, and in all fairness, that was all that the institute could do. Now placements were not that great as not many students had placements directly through the campus. Pune being an IT center now, almost all IT companies were the front runners in hiring students. At Infosys, Cognizant took a few students to sit in on their interviews; one had to have a CGPA of 7+. So, the criteria set was high by many companies like FMCG companies that came also had similar sort of requirements. This time around the industrial tours and interaction with some of the best in the industry was not just a gimmick. We were given training and all that helped during the placements. 80% of the students had the last laugh at the University because they ran away with a package worth 8-10 lakhs. Also, we fell in love with Pune and all the placements were in Pune itself. One just had to be a little serious and placements are not far.Read Full Review

We were trained like animals but didn’t have the placement that we deserved. All the training and hard work that we put in felt in vain because only 60-70% got the placements and I was among those who can’t find an employer who could believe in my skills. Not just me the disappointing faces were galore and why not after paying huge fees we couldn’t even get the campus placements. Many banks and IT companies like Infosys, TCS came at the campus and took some of them. The average salary that the students took home was Rs. 6-7 lakhs and even they were not satisfied with that.Read Full Review
