Central Institute of Technology Kokrajhar Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The college has almost 300 acres of land with great maintenance. There is a gym to take care of our physical health, a park to spend a quality time, an auditorium, canteens with hygienic food, a health centre for the sick, a basketball court, 2-3 badminton courts, a football ground, a tennis court, and a beautiful pond with a gorgeous view. ACs are also provided inside a few classes. The overall infrastructure is perfect. There are different buildings for each department with well maintained labs. There is a huge library where we can find numerous books for academic purposes.

The campus life is quite fascinating and enjoyable. The college has a very big area which is maintained with great care. Apart from having a quality education system, the college also takes care of the student’s mental and physical health. Hence, a gym and a health centre are available for the students all day. The infrastructure here is quiet good. The environment is peaceful and is full of greenery. The buildings are still in pretty good condition and they are well maintained. The campus's academic block and administrative block is connected with each other so it's easy to move from one building to another. There is a central canteen inside our campus near the administrative block. There's an auditorium at the back side basically near the gate number 2 which is currently not in much use but it is big enough. Lastly we have 4 boys hostel, 2 girls hostel and a guest house which are well maintained too.

My overall campus life has been exciting till now. We have 2-3 fests in a year, 1 technical fest called Theocracy which lasts for two days. The first day we have technical rally which is organised branch wise and the second day we have concerts and other competitions. Again we have 1 cultural fest called Ecstasy which also lasts for two days so basically 2 days of continuous fun. There's several clubs such as Robotics Club, AI Club, Cultural Club, etc. in which one can actively participate.Read Full Review

The infrastructure of C.I.T. is good. It has a peaceful environment. The classrooms are well designed and clean. The main building contains most of the departments connecting to each other. The campus had 3 buildings at the time I was studying. The lab rooms are good and have a great infrastructure too.

The most important thing for a UG student is the college campus where they can roam around. The college campus contains girl’s and boy’s hostels, along with a hospital and the teacher’s quarter. The campus is more like a peaceful park, where you can go for jogging, morning walks and cycle.Read Full Review
