Since this is a government institute and everyone is always fascinated to study in a government college. I too wanted it study in it. The infrastructure of this college is great. The faculty is helpful and supportive as well. Placements are quite good in CSE and Civil Engineering. Classes are held regularly and the hostel facility is also great. The fees structure is very less, Rs. 30,000- 50,000 per semester including the hostel fees, academic fees and mess fees. Overall, the college is awesome.Read Full Review

My overall experience in CITK till now has been great if I'm being honest. I have always wanted to be an engineer so when I got to know about CITKEE I sat in the exam and luckily got my admission. I got to know that civil branch is the best in this college so I opted for Civil Engineering particularly. Many colleges have the problem of ragging going on their campus but I have never encountered such practices or never heard of it till now. C.I.T. is one of the most prestigious colleges in the North-East India. The most beautiful and wonderful library is present in this college. The campus is better than other government colleges of Assam. I got into this college through the JEE Main exam.
