Tamil Nadu National Law University Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules, Trichy

TNNLU is a complete residential campus. Even if your house is 10 mins away from the campus. You will have to stay in the campus. The hostel facilities are decent for the fees they charge. There are few drawbacks but it's manageable. As of my personal experience I like staying in hostel. There is a terrace, you can go there in the evening, and the view is amazing. I personally love it. The colors of sky and the view from hostel terrace are just amazing. Though the gym in girl’s hostel is currently not in working condition. There is a common gym for girls and boys in the other block. Coming to the curfew time. Only after hearing many other university students I realized how lucky we are. There are no restrictions in outing. Only thing is you have to be back to hostel by 10 pm and you will have to get out pass if you are going to home. About the mess food, it’s decent. They have a decent menu for each day.Read Full Review

This is a residential University and the hostel is quite decent. They are kept clean. The food provided is also decent. The menu includes both north and south Indian dishes. The hostel is separate for boys and girls. The hostel gate closes at 9.50 pm. They don't have AC rooms, a single gym room with AC is used for sleeping during summer, which is allotted based on first come first serve every semester. Personal air coolers are allowed. Wardens and staffs are quite considerate of the students and they have a psychologist to help students deal with Personal and academic stuffs.Read Full Review
