IIIT Una Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

There are two buildings apart from hostels one is administrative block and other is Academic block. In Admin block there are teachers (faculties) sitting in their offices including director and all the management and whenever you need a help related to anything the management team is present there to guide you. And academic block is the buildings where all the classes are hold there are several labs like Computer Labs, English Labs, Physics Labs, Electrical Lab, Library, etc.

To be honest campus life is decent in this college. As it is one of the very few IIITs having permanent campus, so you'll not feel any problem in the campus life yes, the biggest problem in this college is gender ration it's 1:20 (girls: boys) as of now but it's increasing year by year. And there are lots of sports facilities music club, dance club, unofficial rap club, coding clubs are quite active but there is one more problem that 75% percent attendance is mandatory in this college it is very strict when talking about attendance. The infrastructure of this college is best as its newly built. There are separate buildings for academics and for administration. The labs are quite good with all necessary requirements. Like there are labs for electronics, English and communication, computer lab and electrical and chemical labs. Also, the students are given the facility of library for 9 am to 5 pm every day and a special study room which is open for 9 am to 12 AM during the exam times.

The campus life here is top notch. The temperature in this region varies from 2 to 8 degree Celsius in winters to 35 to 42 degrees Celsius in summers. During normal times, the temperature remains in between 23 to 30 degrees. There are many clubs here like Meraki is the technical fest, mridang is the cultural fest. They are held every September. With the one in 2023 being the 2nd edition of IIIT Una's fest. There is academic block, admin block in front of the main gate, JATHRAGNI hostel on the right side of admin block, CHITAGNI and BHUTAGNI hostel are there on lest side of admin block, a stationary is also there near academic block, a cricket ground, a football ground a canteen is also there outside the main gate and also a guest house which has music room and gym facility. Everything is well structured and good infrastructure is there.

Campus Life is good here there are approx. 650 students combining all four years. There are ma y clubs like force (coding club), Eunoia (literature club), PIXCEL (photography club) etc. Fests are there both technical, sports and cultural the technical fest name is Meraki and cultural fest name is mridang and the sports fest is Yalgar many events take place during fests it's really best time for chilling and fun with friends. Just there is one thing that disappoints is the fests are not done on large scale by college like others. Overall college life is good.Read Full Review
