Sri Raghavendra College of Pharmacy a Private Educational Institute situated in Bangalore, started operations in the year 2008. The college offers higher education to build a career in the area of Pharmacy. It is affiliated to AICTE and PCI. Having the motive to equip students with all the Pharmacy knowledge, the college intends to help them in the coming future making them effective professionals by meeting high-end infrastructure and teaching standards. College tries to expose its students to the challenges of the professional world and prepare them to face these difficulties and competitive world. They are growing every year and as a result, they have now an engineering college along with polytechnic, nursing, pharmacy, and educational colleges.
Sri Raghavendra College of Pharmacy offers a full-time course of B.Pharm for 4 years having 60 seats. An entrance test takes place containing objective type questions and a medical test to check whether the students meet the required medical requirements. Students must follow the rules and regulations of the college maintaining at least 80% attendance. If any of the students fails to manage the required percentage, they will not be allowed to sit in the Semester and Examination.
Sri Raghavendra College of Pharmacy is ranked in the top 20 Pharmacy Colleges in Bangalore. It ranks on the 20th position as per NIRF rankings and is located on the outskirts of Bangalore. The college library is huge having well-trained staff and systematic distribution of materials for the students. The library contains various journals, periodicals, books, and thesis that help the students in getting knowledge besides their day-to-day studies.
Library also features various online periodicals, CD’s/DVD’s, and question banks for the students. There is a total of 100 seats in the library, and more than 1,45,000 e-journals to read for the students. It has been equipped with computers and cameras to keep track of every activity. The library has 2000 of total books, 400 titles, 10 Indian and 10 foreign journals on the topic of Pharmacy and Nursing.
