The faculties are educated and most of them hold a master’s and some also hold Ph.D. However, they teach mostly focusing on exams and scoring rather than on basics. They are well trained and go with the syllabus given by Guwahati University which is similar to the syllabus of Delhi University. The faculties are moderate in term of teaching and are skilled enough. The main problem rises in the teaching pattern. They mainly focus on the exam oriented rather than concept oriented. It can be profitable for scoring good marks in the exam but all the basics is lost which might be a hinder in the future.
