GCC Guwahati: Best Performing College of Gauhati University

Overall Rating
Gauhati Commerce College is the greatest Commerce Institution of North East Region and best performing college under Gauhati University in B.Com. I am having a great experience in this college. Everyone is so friendly. Top 3 scoring students are always from our college itself. I recommend everyone to join without thinking twice. So join now and be part of our GCC family, we have big playgrounds as well.
 

Academics Rating
I am doing FYUGP B.Com in Human Resource Management, which are among the four majors available other then Accountancy, Finance and Marketing Management. To join Gauhati Commerce College, the student must be selected in the merit list and approx. cut off is around 80% in Higher Secondary or 12th Exam. The admission process is complete online and students have to visit college just to pay the fee. There are conducted two exams in a year.
Fee for all the students in odd semesters like 1st, 3rd, and 5th is approximately Rs. 6,050 and even semesters like 2nd, 4th, and 6th is around Rs. 700.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is very good. The faculties of all the departments are very friends. All the teachers are very kind, supportive, and aid all the students in academics, especially our Gour Gopal Banik sir of Accounts department. He is very good and friendly towards all the students. Our classes are never boring in short.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The building is a bit old as it was established very early. But our classrooms do have AC, projectors, and speakers. We have library, GYM, basketball court, badminton court, and a large playground. We have canteen, boy’s as well as girl’s common room, and a huge auditorium as well. There is also a computer lab with 100 computers that also very high end.
 

Campus Rating
My overall experience was very good. Our college is filled with students as more than 5000 students are there. During any event, the quantity doubles. In our college, we celebrate various events like DJ night, Cultural night, College week, Mr. and Miss GCC, Sports Day, Independence Day parade, NCC day, Foundation Day, and General elections.

    GCC is one of the most reputed colleges of commerce in the whole northeastern region. Apart from the academic success it offers placement opportunities to the students.     Well being a government college, Gauhati Commerce College is average. Sometimes, you might feel very annoyed of college and sometimes you might feel satisfied to be here.   • GCC Guwahati: Affordable Fees and Quality Commerce Education

    In Guwahati, GCC is the best College for Commerce stream. It's located Near Chandmari and can be reached directly via bus. Best facilities are available for commerce background students.
