ITM Vocational University Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025, Vadodara

A Training and Placement Department is functional at ITMVU Vadodara that is committed to training the students in developing the necessary professional skills like leadership, communication, etc. To achieve this, it organises various activities under the ITM Vocational University Placement Empowerment Program (PEP) such as group discussions, mock interviews, aptitude tests, industry visits, guest lectures, live projects, and so on.

The ITM Vocational University maintains strong associations with the reputed companies & organisations like Amazon, Google, TCS, Infosys, Microsoft, Wipro, IndusInd Bank, Hyatt, HCL, Mayfair Hotels & Resorts, and IDBI Bank, to name a few.

It invites these companies to offer paid internship & job opportunities to the students through its placement drive. Using the developed skills helps the students in securing the desired job role in leading companies and the highest and average CTC has been 12 LPA and 4 LPA, respectively so far.

The University follows a systematic placement procedure to provide excellent employment opportunities to the students. ITMVU Vadodara majorly focuses on preparing the pre-final and final year students for the placement process.

However, the University ensures that the students enrolled in various ITM Vocational University Courses are nurtured with hands-on experience from the 1^st year itself through the industry-aligned curriculum that is designed in collaboration with the industry experts.

The step-wise ITM Vocational University placement process is mentioned below:

• The University invites the renowned firms to take part in its ITM Vocational University placement drive.
• Once the requested company accepts the invitation, students can register for the desired job profile.
• Information about the job role and related details will be shared with the respective Head of Departments (HODs).
• After this, the CV of the registered students will be shared with the company for the profiles they opted for during registration.
• The selection process will be held which include rounds like pre-placement talk, HR round, group discussion, written test, etc. depending on the respective company.
• Further, the shortlisted students have to attend the personal interview.
• The companies will then provide offer letters to the qualifying students.

* Once the names of the students have been submitted, they will not be permitted to withdraw from the selection process.
